if its treated pine, wont the chemical seep into the pot? Im thinking of using it for my pots of fruits & vegies. Or maybe i should use a saucer, just to be sure?
Not in Australia. They changed the way they treat timber in 2015 here removing the toxic chemicals. They also did research studies which showed no chemicals from the timber leaching into food grown in garden beds. I would suggest doing your own research on what chemicals are used in your own countries as they will differ. Unless of course you are in Australia then you should be fine :)
Finally, I found a video that is cost effective. The only adjustment i will make is not the cement the blocks because I a renter.

Great what is the size of blocks and what is the dimensions of wood
Timber is 3meters, blocks are 390mm X 190mm wide x 190mm high
How hard would be to move this? If i don't glue the wood, only glue the blocks together?
Very easy, but depends on how tall you make it. I could easily move my structure with 2 people if I didn't glue the wood to it.

No they come in smaller sizes as well, exactly half the size of a standard block.
Does bunnings sells that concrete block?
