NJ Transit and C&D Freight on the Morris/Essex Line

  • We spend a warm, early spring day at Denville, NJ at the junction between the Morris/Essex Line and the Boonton Line, catching a variety of NJ Transit action, with a freight appearance from the Chesapeake & Delaware. We then move east to Morristown for the last three trains.

    Man it’s been years since I’ve seen freight trains on the booton and Montclair line I thought they get rid of it dang nice it’s still using freight to

    Is any freight ran between Newark and summit, the Delaware dover website lists east orange, orange then Chatham and past as stations
