Guys, you are struggling eating with chopsticks. Just use fork and spoon. No problem. It is nearly impossible to eat rice on a plate with chopsticks.

I've been observing for years. Caucasians can't seem to use the spoon for anything else except drinking soup.
even if they use fork and spoon to eat rice, they will use the fork to scoop food into mouth instead of the spoon...
      great mystery....

It's not fork and spoon for westerners btw . It's fork and knife and they eat the rice with the fork not the spoon.

The house you guys saw at the KLCC observation desk is Kampung Baru village. The village land is worth about USD 1.4 billion. You guys should go there and eat much more authentic Malaysian food. To go to Kampung Baru, you guys walk through the Saloma Bridge. Good luck 🤞

Welcome to Malaysia Dan & Beth! Hope it will be a smooth and wonderful journey for both of u! I watch your video & Its quite disappointing me that every time tourist come to Malaysia they will eat the not so authentic Malay food make from those non-malay people, especially for the Nasi Lemak. I just think that for your first taste , the Nasi Lemak should be original authentic Nasi Lemak that should come with The rice, Egg , Anchovies , Peanut, sliced cucumber & ‘’The Red Sambal sauce”, (not the curry). As add on , we always eat with fried chicken also. That is the original authentic Nasi Lemak. U can find it around kampung baru area or try ask any local for it. If u need suggestion u can always hit me up ya 😁
