Spearfishing is the most sustainable and ethical form of fishing. Fish speared while freedive spearfishing using a speargun, polespear or Hawaiian sling are fish, lobsters and other oceanic delicacies that have already reached maturity and have had a chance to breed. When commercial fishing nets are stripping our ocean's fish supply, freedive spearfishing is sustainable fishing that allows for the renewal of fish populations. Spearfishing, while freediving or scuba diving to hunt for seafood, are some of the most dangerous lifestyles. Spearfishing and freediving are more than hobbies, they are a way of life for many.

I scuba dived for ten+ year's shooting fish with my mares 1100 and my mares 750 or mares spark, i just loved the accuracy and power of pneumatic spear guns. I still enjoy watching how you do it , i just never tried that method. I'm glad you had the teaching segment of how to do it like you do, thanks

That third dive! Wow! What a nice size lobster. I’ve caught Trigger Fish up north off the New Jersey coast. They are a solid fish and weigh more then expected. I won the pool on one of those and I was surprised at how much it weighed.

By honor I mean great eating muy sabroso! Great day of skin diving Lauren, I saw the fins you use I dove in navy and would go say 50 ft plus free dive, but those longer fins reduce work so it seem much less effort = deep dive more bottom time. You truly have it down Lauren. Very cool.

It's like a very bloody hunt, the fishing rod suits me better. I agree with Suat. It is not possible to save these hunts. We need to build a hospital... Still, visually, under the seas, it's wonderful. And the team is amazing...
