      @minemouse  Год назад +2

      Yeah prices for mice in China are crazy low. I imagine that's due to a combination of not dealing with international transportation and also the currency conversion.

    It seems a decent mouse, recently the Ajazz aj199 caught my attention, and i notice that has ajustable de-bounce time, it seems good for the price too. ¿What do you guys think?, Should i get it?

    • @CheapRedBoy
      @CheapRedBoy Год назад +1

      I have both the white AJ199 and F1 Moba version. The Dragonfly feels more premium and is lighter. Dragonfly has the better scroll-wheel and side buttons. Skates on both are bad. The AJ199 is scratchy, even after break-in. Dragonfly skates are good quality but very slow. I put Ghost Glides dots (3 on front, 4 on rear) on the Dragonfly and it's alot better. Both have adjustable debounce in the software. Be aware the Dragonfly f1 Pro Max and Moba use different software. The Moba version is in Chinese only. I used the Translate app on my iPhone to figure the software out. What I like better than both is AJ139 Pro. I have the black one. The mouse I keep going back to in my mouse rotation is the Ninjutso Sora. I have both the black and white versions. That's how much I like it.

      @@CheapRedBoyI had a much better experience with the AJ199 where the stock skates don't feel scratchy at all. I genuinely perform better with it than any of the top tier mice I've tried. Personally, I find it to be great- and for more than just the price. It's a damn good mouse.

    • @CheapRedBoy
      @CheapRedBoy Год назад

      @@PaneledPear Its a good mouse for sure. Dot skates fixed the scratchy skates. Its basically a shorter GPX which maintains a taller height at the middle hump which is what I like. I still recommend replacing the skates though.

      cool shit

    • @minemouse
      @minemouse  Год назад +1

      For motion latency we use the same method as Haus and pzogel, which is by moving two mice together and observing the input differences using mousecomparator. We are currently working on designing a device which will make this test a much more controlled process.
      For click latency, we don’t have an LDAT or anything, so I have to just use aggressive bump testing (hitting two mice together in a "controlled" manner). Surprisingly through refining the process the bump testing results are usually within 0.1-0.3ms of results achieved by other testers. Hopefully one day NVIDIA sends us an LDAT tho.

      For any kind of claw or palm grip at that handsize I'd probably recommend the M3 over the F1 Pro. For fingertip grip at that handsize I'd generally recommend the F1 Pro over the M3 unless you do a very very relaxed fingertip.

      We actually just reached out to delux last night asking for a review unit! Looking forward to taking a look at that mouse. I'm a huge fan of the viper but the mini has always been just too small for me. It's been a hot min since I've used the m800 shape but I remeber it being a good in between of the the viper mini and the viper. I'm eager to revisit the shape with these updated and rather competitive specs

      Also I am planning to get the stock version since I don't use 4khz

    • @minemouse
      @minemouse  Год назад

      Hmmm so the f1 isn't bad for relaxed claw when both pinky and ring finger are forwards (I really dislike it for relaxed claw, pinky back. But Eric likes it for relaxed claw, pinky forwards).
      The haste is also a good option for both pinky forward and back relaxed claw. The biggest thing in my mind between with the two is the haste is going to give you a much wider and lower hump. While the f1 has a more narrow and higher hump. So the haste should give you more stability but that might come at the cost of some micro adjustability.
      Also the haste has a more harsh angled corner in the front corner of the mouse while the f1 has more of a bulbous rounded corner. If you don't grip at the very front corner of the mouse this dosnt effect you, but atleast in my grip I do.
      In terms of front flair, the haste dosnt have much of one so (assuming you arnt wrapping your finger around that front corner) it's more suited to pinching based grips rather than pushing/pulling, but with grip tape your able to get enough friction to not have to pinch too hard if u don't want to.
      Conversely that round front flair on the f1 makes it more suited to using those front fingers to either pull it into your palm or guide movement forwards by pushing against that front flair. (It's just simple physics, if u have a flat object, like a plank of wood, in order to move that forward, ud have to pinch it then pull forwards. But if that plank of wood had somthing sticking out u could just push forwards on the thing sticking out to move it forwards)
      This was a fairly technical and theoretical comparison which may or may not be entirly applicable to ur use case, and everyone has different preferences so it's hard to say which would be better for you, but I hope this way of looking at the two shapes helps you understand a bit more about what their differences actually mean to some extent. Let me know if you have any other questions or need me to clarify anything!
