0:07 I totally agree Julia! Why wouldn't everyone want to make cheese? It's so easy and very cool, to say the least.

Hi Julia, I really enjoy the content of your channel. I can also see you feel more and more comfortable in front of the camera. Please continue.
I don't want to be a Mansplainer (especially on a video with a topic like that) but I think I would enjoy your channel much more if you would use a better sound recording systems and remove the background music (it makes the videos feel repetitive and redundant)

The role of women in cheese making did not disappear as quickly as your video seems. My grandmother and mom were responsible for make cheese out of the excess milk their cows produced. So, the role returned back ot its origins, where women created cheese for the household. I know of any number rural homes, where this is the case. Granted, industrial cheese making became a male profession, providing cheese to larger populations. But, home cheese and small dairy cheese still lives today on small dairies and farms.

I totally agree with you. I am a home cheesemaker too (I don't have any cows though so no fresh milk). I did mention that women still made cheese towards the end, but didn't go into much detail. Thanks for your comment.
