Still, you(we) don't why there is hyperlipidemia. what we know so far is that due to hypoalbuminemia, liver compensates that by producing more albumin and along with that cholesterol is unwantedly formed leading to hyperlipidemia. If you know WHY then pls shed the light on that!
Wow!!! My respect for my Consultant Urologist (I have bilateral hydronephephrosis/urostomy) which is already high has just risen by a million % after watching this video. Thank you very much to all concerned
It's so huge topic that it cannot be covered in less than video length of 2 hours. But obviously you have really done geart justice for UG level knowledge. your drawing skills are extraordinary. thanks for the efforts!
Thak you so much. You explain everythings clearly. Eventhough english is not my motherlangauge and often overcome the difficulity to understand english espescially in listening, your video is not hard to listened
i am here because today my doctor diagnosed me with this kind of syndrome..hoping for the good result of my laboratory examination.. btw i am suffering now from too much edema..😭😭😭its hard..
I went to my doctor and I have edema. I was wondering if most edema patients have the symptom like I do I feel like I am being weighed down or say some one is holding me back when I try to get out of bed. Do you have any symptom like this
Al I thought actually, that the urinary loss of antithrombotic factors is more significant than the increased production of pro-thrombotic factors but I suppose they both play a role.
Its mainly due to the loss of antithrombin thru kidney defected filtration system and also due to the hyperlipdemia formation in response to loss of proteins....increase viscosity of blood due to loss of fluid and loss of low mol weight complement factors
Sometimes I feel like I attend the University Of RUclips
hahahaaahahahahaahaah Feel same here as medical student. Totally true. Our teacher are suck

Covid19 make me sure about that feeling 😂🤣

you are a legend ! thank youuu for making this so simple and clear
Nice overview! The only thing I missed is the prothrombotic state in patients with nephrotic syndrome
Martijn R think it may be due to overproduction of clotting factors by the liver
@@eyonahray933 Specifically Antithrombin 3
