Before my USMLE Step 1 exam, I’m watching all of your videos for review. Im surprised how much I didn’t know. Also no need for memorizing, understanding the concepts help lot. Thanks Ninja, I owe you one.
YOU ARE A KIIIIIIING OMG I WAS LEARNING THIS TOPIC FOR THE 10TH TIME WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING IT. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE IN ALL THE NET TO EXPLAIN IT SO SO SO CLEARLY. YOU ARE A GIFT FROM GOD. WISH YOU A LOT OF SUCCES
This dude IS THE MAN (brah). I have learned SO MUCH from these lectures. I'm a nurse in a field that loathes physiology (sad but true). It's all about physiology and this guy rocks!
After several years, I am just beginning to understand the concept of medicine, I have read nephrology several times, and after watching this video, I just got to know the concept of nephrology.
Your lively illustration really helps us visualise how these different types of diseases (with terminology that are confusing) attack the GFB. Your other You tube teachings are also enriching and beneficial. Thank you very much.
Hii Ninja Nerds! Thank you so much for the videos. I was in my first year in nursing when I discovered your channel and it helped me a lot☺️. Finallyyy I graduated (BSN)! And here again, watching for licensure ☺️
Sure wish I'd had these amazing videos when I was in nursing school many years ago. Zach is genius. Good work team!! Keep making these fantastic videos please!
Great class! A lot of learning about medicine in such a short time! It's so amazing to understand the subject and not just have to memorize these concepts. Keep doing this amazing work! Greetins from Brazil
Awesome review and presentation. Very helpful. For Alport, there are Alport related conditions that do NOT necessarily involve hearing deficit or lens issues and may become more prominent in adults; though hematuria from a young age or family history of hematuria are commonly reported. Zach mentioned genetic testing, which is very helpful for pointing out Alport related conditions in addition to classic Alport.
Just amazing how you make everything simple and understandable....best thing that happened to me in med school was finding Zach and Ninja Nerds on RUclips 🎉❤
And finally I understand Nephrotic &Nephritic syndrome for good!😂 really can’t tell how many times I studied them in med school and every time something was still missing but your lectures were the best as expected, glad you made them before I graduate😂❤,BIG THANKS

Thumbs up team!!! Thought it very important to add that one third of patients with IgA nephropathy have nephrotic range proteinuria and Hereditary nephropathies can also be a cause of nephrotic syndrome.
Very clear concept , thank you so much ! However , you forgot to mention oliguria that is usualy presnent in nephritic syndrome , its a key finding . Besides that , its a great lecture !
Thank you for this. I watched this a few days before my nephrology exam. This was very helpful! :)
