@@SalsaBailaProductions i know, what i mean is that you sneaked in a step between 8 and 1, the "and".
ppl count:
1 2 3 (pause or silent 4)
5 6 7 (pause or silent 8);
or
1 2 3 and 5 6 7 and ; 1 2 3 and ...
substituting 4 / 8 with "and" or silence.
so with the sneak-in you counted:
5 6 7 "and" "and" 1
which does not work as one would end up off beat.
