bravo!!! you taught brilliantly the salsa moves in 5 minutes what it took me 5 weeks . you are saving time and money for a whole lot of Salsa beginner dancer students. you have just moved 5 million Americans to try Salsa today where otherwise ,they had stayed away..
Yes. That is the beauty of their videos. Elias n Amanda demonstrate and explain each movement in so much detail and simple manner. That is what makes us learn so fast. Can’t thank them enough ❤
Thank you, a very helpful video. It can be overwhelming as a beginner so it's good to know these foundational moves and will practice them before moving on. Thanks again!
Excellent basic moves lesson! You didn't tell us how to do hairbrushes (called combs in modern jive/ceroc) though 😂 You make it all look so easy, elegant and effortless. Mind you, you do have an excellent partner! As you say in the written introduction, us learners need a good teacher (you!)and plenty of time for practice. Just as important, or even more so in my opinion, is the will and determination to learn by constant daily repetition of moves, even if progress is slow. Thanks for the video, another educational gem!
Really good video. Well presented and easy to pick up the steps. Thank you! May I suggest not going to the side shots just showing the upper body. In this video it didn’t seem necessary. Thanks again!
Every week that passes I feel more and more frustrated with my clumsy salsero style, always getting closer to quitting my lessons 😬 And then.... whoosh! I see your video (so funny, instructive and simply explained....and I have FAITH again! 😊 ( It almost makes me want to migrate to Canada and join your school, are the immigration restrictions very strict 😝?)
Im glad that my video motivates you! As far as i know canada is fairly welcoming;) Just know that frustration is not uncommon in learning just tell your body to go to class and just trust repetition;)

Awesome
Yes, but what if I don’t have even a bit of rhythm? 😁
Thats very rare… try clapping on a tune if u can then u have rythm;)
It's like salsa NY, but on1
Exactly;) big influence from new york but some reason Montreal evolved on1
If you add pausing/stopping lady it would be intermediate
so difficult for me to watch guys dance in tight jeans
keeping that style alive too much bagginess now a days ;)
Great
