Hello thank you for the video. I have followed all of the steps and I am stuck on the activate when I open the app. It tells me that they have found a subscription but I need the 2019 version for my Mac I have gotten the 2023 version. It will not activate from there 😢 please help.

I bought a Mac air m1 today. I was told to use Microsoft office home student. I installed it. When I try to open anything Microsoft it tells me I need to buy the 365 one? Any idea what up with this?

With a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription you can install the apps on up to 5 different devices for each user on Windows, Android and Mac iOS 🙂

Hi! If you have a physical card, it will be on the back. If it was bought in store, it may be on your receipt. Alternatively, it may also have been provided to you in an email. In any case, check with your retailer to confirm how it was sent to you :)
