when all that is finished Stevie, advise the customer to put some mulch on that rockery and paint those stones white, saw it on a garden site on here it looked amazing,oh i wish i could do all that now, to old now,love watching this site you are such perfectionist
Dave, that soil is full of Bindweed which causes havoc in gardens and is near on impossible to get rid of so I would thoroughly check to make sure there are no roots in the soil going through the screener.
Everyone at D&J Projects are absolutely smashing it, You have to spend to grow and that is exactly what Dave & Bernie are doing.

Don't take those comments seriously. I love that you film and talk about your families business. I see how hard you work and then filming and producing the best for that day at home to get the videos up on line. I don't think people realize how hard you work by doing both.

staff are the biggest problem to anyone once you get right ones you look after them like you seem to do ,its a hard job yours so not many young people want it ,good luck keep video coming
you get used to ''hard jobs'' if you work through it, and dont put it on the young people lol, rarely anyone wants to do ''hard jobs'' in my country people usually dont want to pay for hard jobs that ''everyone'' can do, so i guess if you are able to get the same cash for ''easier'' job why do the ''hard'' one :D but yeah obviously you need to have a motivating system in place.. once you learn a new skill you get paid more but also pay enough so even fresh guys have a motivation to turn up on time and not fool around

Great video guys Scotty is already very very good at fence installing,I should think in a while he can lead his own crew for the company with little or mo supervision.I thought that installation you both did was superb bearing in mind the sloping ground.Keeo up the great work.Love the new bit of kit,makes sense to utilise the scrap wood as mulch rather than land fill.

Another great vid, always enjoy your content, the red shredder could be a start to biomass production business sideline, as a business owner i drop off my green waste, old fence panels, decking boards and pallets to a local facility and it is all shredded and sold for biomass production. Been watching for a few months now and the boss man dave seems a good fella to work for. His son by his side is a massive plus for him. And Stevie knows his stuff. Even tho the lads seem to work long hours they seem happy from what i can see. Hope they get paid overtime , am sure they will. (I know a few firms that don’t pay overtime) But to have a proper firm making money you need them extra hours to make a difference. Really enjoyed the watching and will continue too. Keep smashing it the boys.

Been meaning to right a comment to you guys for years since I subscribed. Outstanding work and I really miss being in the building trade and fixing or creating beautiful work. I really wish I had the same relationship you two have as son and father ( and the rest of your team) I couldn’t work with my dad as we would kill each other to be honest. In Las Vegas you would have to add water to stay compliant with dust control rules while screening. Of course, we don't have natural topsoil out here, except maybe on the mountains west of town. A different world.

Shout to Reece I hope he wasn't the lad who quit. Everything you all do is for the company and its expansion. I really love the fact you are putting the time, effort and money into recycling the dirt, concrete, etc. I don't think anything would stop me watching your videos.
Would it be practical to build a cover over the soil, to keep the rain off? Perhaps not, it would have to be quite high so that the equipment can get under it. Would be interested to know how you feel about the idea.

Another brilliant video from I guys fence is looking good as all ways that crusher is a beast not a bad price at 45,000 you could all ways load it up with the grabs shame your yard anit bigger that would help you guys out a lot and would look good in the yard lol
Positive criticism: Should get the lads who work on site work trousers to keep up company image, work belts for the fencing team to save there backs and it's more efficient to grab your tape or hammer.
