We'll see you in the next one,
DAVE & STEVIE.
I've worked on many building sites, and I can say from my 67 yrs experience, D&J Projects are one of the best and hardest-working builders/fencing/driving forces I've come across. And don't let's forget the lovely ladies. And-Good content on all your videos.
🤔 that makes you at least 83yrs old. About time you retired isn’t it? 😂👍
@@jimbob6218 Sorry started when I was 15yrs old lol
@@danielelwell2571 Good for you! Keep going and doing what you love!
@@jimbob6218 Hardworking characters like Daniel don't know the concept of "retirement". It's these independent, hardworking and passionate people we can all learn from
Don’t let the haters get you down Dave, no need to justify yourself either, if they had watched previous videos they would have seen the fence was straight when putting that up then you squaring the garage base up!! You smash each and every job and make sure it’s done perfectly right down to the eye for detail!! Also you will always get 1 JUST that 1. You keep doing what you do best D&J!!! 💪💪
Hi D&J. Dave I never doubted you with the slabs. That’s why you do what do cause you have knowledge and experience that is why you know they didn’t need primer. Your right on the garage too. Too many people are quick too put others down. Fencing look great Stevie and Ant. Drive and patio looking awesome guys. Have a good week. 👍
We are so happy we chose D&J to do our fence patio and drive
They involve us in every decision
We are already looking
at having more work done
Happy days 😊😊😊
I remember you explaining how the garage was off set despite the base being straight, and having never done any work like this myself, I understood what was explained quite well at that time so surprised you still find yourselves having to re explain again. Looking forward to seeing the tarmac go down.
GREAT TEAMWORK AGAIN FROM D&J PROJECTS 👍👍KEEP THEM COMING 😀😀
What i truly admire about the D&J Family is that they all don't mind getting their hands dirty.
Chelsea and Bernie both are grafters.
That's where the good success is grown from, a full family of true hard workers.
You deserve the rewards all of you.
If i was local and not an old man I'd love to work for such a company. 👏❤
Don't ever get bogged down by negativity, your self worth for doing a great job and properly is worth a thousand percent more, big up for getting it right and showing where it went wrong, me and my good lady are hoping to be in the Nottingham area some time in August would like to call in and say hi to you all... we so love watching the videos, it must be surreal the fact tat people want to see you... love to all the guys and gals at D&J...
loving the work guys. Im the same as you david, i hate people telling me that im doing something wrong when im not
Yah, 'Stevie T Snail Rescuer!'😂😂😂
😉😎
When Jordan drove by and honked with the grin from ear to ear I found myself laughing out loud. He has come a long way.
Glad the weather was good for Jamie’s weekend. Glad to see Asne and Stevie working the fences and gates together again. They did a lovely job on that job.
Strange about that twisted beam on that gate.
The driveway job is going to look fabulous and I like those Classic bricks.
Huge shoutout to Mrs. D&J. ❤
Hope everything is sorted on Mighty White. Don’t need added aggravation. Good to have warranty. 😂
Jordan is fantastic, one of my faves to be honest. Stand out grafter.
Stevie that twisted post you could see the twisted grain in the post that it followed must have had a lot of moisture in it on install,it could have had an amount of heart wood in the post.
In my 45 years of truck driving I’ve never known an Actros with a reliable gearbox, you’re right Dave you cannot beat a Scania or Volvo. 👍
Another fantastic video lots of grabs Stevie and Asnee on fencing and gate and nice to see Mrs D/J with Mr D/J on patio can't wait to see finished job
Looking forwards to Part 4 of the driveway to see it all complete. One thing for sure is that patio isn’t going anywhere soon!! The garage was built but what D&J do is crafted. Just used some of that resin joint fill myself and great product and prefer it to mortar.
Agree with you it's all in the mix need moisture in mix to create suction, years ago there was no primers being used, now everyone is over relying on it mainly because there's a lot of porcelain being laid nowadays which needs primed and everyone thinks it's needed on all products
Very true..
Hi guys, the man that never made a mistake never made anything. Not too shabby ❤.
Dave, We in AMERICA have your back. Glad you BLOCK them. We also saw that the GARAGE was off balance too even though it was a 10 minutes clip. The JOB on the blocks are BEAUTIFUL. Keep the contents coming.
Made me laugh with the little scenario about the roller Stevie, too right! 😂
Hi Dave - thanks for the explanation. I commented on a previous video about whether the base was square but I thought you had said that the garage base was squared off the house rather than from the fence. If that was not the case, I apologise and you have certainly explains why the new patio was not quite square to the garage base.
Great content as always
The correct term for the blocks is NOS-new old stock. Great video as always guys. Already seen you today on B&P channel.😊
Hi Dave Stevie Jordan, Asne and all at D&J, Dave grab giving you some stress lately .Stevie that plant in the garden with the lovely👌fencing you have just done is a Phormium, Dave maybe that company that put garage in needs naming and shaming its so wrong that people pay all that money to be shafted .blocks looked great round edge cant wait till tarmac goes down now thanks kay & Stuart
How can u not like these guys, keep up the good work and keep the video s coming . Les in middlesbrough.
We had exactly the same happen to us on some trellis we installed, fully twisted. Luckily the customer was fine with it and accepted it’s just one of them things
You see it a lot today, timber doesn't get seasoned like it was in the old days, got some 4x4 posts here, they are like the Chesterfield spire, & only fit for firewood..
stevie thanks for getting that manhole cover in the video from my IG request. Dave brilliant explanation, thanks guys.
Just been walking the dog dave and ran into the swans not far from the patio you are doing they look happy with lots of ducks for company
Very happy to see Jordan enjoying the driving on his own. Asney is learning the ins and outs of fencing with Steve. Great team of guys you have working with D & J Prodjects
Fair play to Mrs D&J getting stuck in 👍. Glad they decided on black ice. These things are sent to try us Dave. Great seeing Jordan out driving the wagons again. Fencing looking not too shabby. Clearly don't need primer on them slabs lol. Your work is always 👌. You could see your slab was square, take no notice of the keyboard warriors. I do like those blocks, should look great when tarmac in. Friday is absolutely the best day of the week lol.
Love seeing the BOSS Mrs D N J onsite bet she keeps ya inline lol
Dave is showing off his outstanding old world craftsmanship!!
Asne always the worker while he is overseen by Stevie (one hand on the broom the other on his hip claiming he needs to video). Lol. Keep up the great work guys. Dave Birmingham
Top video guys, I appreciate you taking the time to clarify and explain the whole thought process about primer and when it is and isn’t required. I can only speak for myself but your insight into this subject has been very educational for a DIY’r like myself. I’m sure there been others that have taken so much from you videos. Keep up the good work and that positive attitude!!!
🙂 ahhhh, it's like when you set-up the base for a greenhouse, - if you pull, in 2 conors, you have to make so the two other conors get even as well. Think I get it now😃
D&J crushing it as usual, love the Sunday morning videos!!
the terminology for the garage being offset is Lozenged, brilliant video as always👍👍
Can always count on D & J for the best videos. Big shout out to Bernie for taking time from the office to help out. Loved it when you got video of Jordan driving by. Stevie and Ant, fencing job amazing as well. Looking forward to the big job coming up where you will have the whole team working together.
Always love watching you guys. I think the husband/wife team is a winner!!!❤❤❤❤❤ beautiful work on the patio and driveway boarder! Great job on the rest of the fence for Stevie and Anz!! Love how you took the wood over for them to use at the bonfire. Saved a lot on wood for them!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Brilliant video as always. The one big problem about being on social media/RUclips is that you will always get a critic. (Keyboard warriors) every single RUclips channel I follow (and it’s a fair few) every one of them has had the same issue. Just hope the 99% of your followers outweigh the bad 1%.
Not too shabby
Also following your videos I redone my patio and having absolutely no experience in doing it before it looks fantastic so not only are your videos entertaining but educational too. Shout out to everyone at D&J ❤
Great to see Mrs D&J helping out, what a good wife.
Glad you had a good time Dave, and it's good to see Ant, back outside with Stevie. May you slogers continue, your all great.X
You and your dad are smashing it on the drive well done to the both of you
Well done again chaps..congrats Steve on all you guys achieve...Enjoy all the holidays..BRILLIANT...
Yall shouldn't have to prove anything to anyone, yalls work speaks for itself. All they are are people who don't work or have never worked construction. So keep doing the amazing work yall do cuz yall are killing it💪💯
Sunday and Wednesday nights are spent watching your videos. They're always worth the wait. Keep up the good work!!
Hi everyone hope you are all well, glad you are employing another person it will definitely ease the pressure off all of you because it is hard hard work you do, I hope you get the right person love watching your videos
Good job on changing that post! Above and beyond. Nice to see some guys giving tradies a good name for once.
Great job on the fencing ,pointing and the edging . I hope the get the gearbox sorted for you on Mighty white . Have a wonderful week to you all
Well done d&j projects love the work you do love watching your videos the garage base is straight the garage is bent if it was your fault and you did do the garage base bent i know you would of admitted to it and sorted it out straight away
Keep up the good work and try make videos a lot more longer and more grab work please
Haha mrs d&j will need a holiday after this and a pay rise 😂😂😂😂😂
Dave after that, the wife will be asking are we not retiring yet 😂😂
Racking is when something is forced out of plumb usually due to lateral forces, wind earthquake, impact etc. What you have is something built out of square
A big thumbs up to Mrs D&J 👍, breath deep dad very frustrating it must be sent to test ,stevie and aznee doing a lovely job on the fence as always, great patio and drive n what about racking the drive to match the concrete base 😂 only joking don't block us 👍can't wait for Wednesday video
Ooooo their ever such a nice block... Sorry I found that funny 🤣🤣 it is a nice block to be fair ❤❤
Great explanation regarding the slabs and the racking of the garage. Fabulous vid
Thanks for another great video. You guys are always a mine of information.
That twist in the wooden post was mad!!
Never seen that happen before (Stevie)
Great Sunday video as usual, I've been mopping up in the conservatory after the thunderstorm 🙄 so I have been busy. Thank you so much. 😘💚
WOW, you guys do great work. These people's jobs have been taking you a long time to finish. Will be nice looking once finished.
Great job as always, is the actuator switch playing up on the gearbox i seem to remember me having the same problem on an 8 wheeler i use to drive
Another great one guys, loving the transformation of this property! Definitely not too shabby!! ❤ xx
Great video and well explained (re racked shed) Dave. It takes all types of people to make a world, unfortunately, there are far too many argumentative and 'I know better type of idiots'. Keep up the great work!
Great jobs as always the bricks you laid on the driveway are nice love the sparkling and you are correct if you mess up just admit it and fix it but doesn’t always happen great job on the fencing even with the bees Ontario Canada
Ant doing all the work! Stevie slacking!
You guys are the greatest. I wish you were in the states..
Another fantastic and informative video by all at D&J
Ant always dose the hard work 😂😂😂😂
cracking job as always Stevie, the plants are "cordylines" buddy,i have 2 in my back yard, they only flower a few times a year but when they do they are so beautiful.

Good video as usual. Great viewing, great jobs.Stay safe everyone
Another quality week's work chaps 👌 even Mrs D&J giving a hand 👏👏
Great week for Team D&J. Well done to all 💪.
Hi Steve I think those plants are called yucca plants,
But I could be wrong.👍🏽
Great episode, I think those bushes are flax - a New Zealand plant 👍👍 keep your spirits up, sooner or later the grab will sort itself out 👍
Look forward to seeing the fencing job next door to you dave🤟🤟👍
Great work lads!
Well done all hope lorry gears get sorted tc now the oldies 👍👍
Love watching the series, always interesting to watch true professionals at work, but I've always wondered that your fence panels are not creosoted directly after manufacture.
Surely this should be easy to do at the time of manufacture and will increase their life-span. Also be a good sales pitch !!!
Keep up the good work (and treat yourself to a new wagon too)
Yet another great and prosperous week pack with knowledge on how to do the jobs Thank you as always for the video
I wouldn’t worry Dave about the negative words from people, majority of them haven’t got a clue what they are doing. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
Hi D and J team 😊, good to see David back more for his liver than anything else 😂...I know what he meant by getting "too old for it" but I'm sure it was a fantastic time 👍🏻
I've had the pleasure in the last 12 hrs of watching Matty on Brockstone landscapes and now D and J .....both companies I'd work for in a minute although my back wouldnt like it !!
Wow those three blocks and how the concrete and GSB had stuck to them....amazing 😳
The dark blocks are a nice touch ...looks well already.
That post must have still had some moisture in it ...and that sun has rearranged it accordingly!!
See you on the next one
Be happy , be safe 🙏🦉 G
Nice honest video guys 👍👍
Love watching these videos from Melbourne Australia. Love the positive attitude, customer service and variety you lads do. Keep it up 👍🇦🇺🇬🇧
Nice to finally know the garage business, in no way is the base not square and never even thought it would be, clearly the garage isn't installed correctly, finally nice to know the customers problems etc and great 10 min explanation Dave
Caught me working 🤣🤣🤣 you used to say that all the time back in the day Dave 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Another great video lads and ladies.
Ignore the haters.
Goes to show the garage builders wanted it gone quick I've put a few concrete panel garages up and dave is 100% right it's the builders fault they didn't line mark the the base and make a inner square on the base u laid. You should of measured corner to corner to prove to the haters that you was correct.
Fantastic video as always
love these guy so professional hope when I need work done I find someone close to D&J projects 🤞
Cant wait to see drive finishedand see the finished job, does it get your back snd knees? Good week plenty of different jobs you all work so hard even Stevie 😁Pam Rob

Great video guys as always keep up the hard work also will Jordan do filming of himself on the grab lorry for some more content
Dave is right and always does a cracking job. 👌🏻
Enjoyed that video lads and lasses, cracking job of them slabs dave, i cant believe they put that garage up on the p### like that ! Surely you made they're job easier for them by putting the pad in perfectly square and all they had to do was follow your lines 😅 unbelievable dave ! They must of been on the lash the night before ha ha, gonna be some transformation when you finish the driveway well done all, looking forward to seeing how you and ant get on with the fence Wednesday stevie, great work once again to you for getting these quality videos out all the time 👍👊
Great video on Sunday. Hard work to all staff.😊
Gday guys, another great episode. And a awesome work from theguys and gals of D&J Projects😊👍😊🤗😋
