I will never forget what happened to me when I was about 5 years old. I played in our haymow while Dad fed the animals. I would look for kittens and once, a mouse ran up my leg and needless to say, I was very surprised and screamed. Cute mice for the shop. They are very popular.

Mice must like Christmas decor. Had a bunch when getting out our tree and thankfully caught them all. They haven’t been back since. I just dread it.

Been to several islands but we like an adventure so no recommendations lol. As far as a mouse story - years ago we had mice and set traps. Came home and found the whole little family in a circle that apparently passed away together. It was almost sad - almost lol.

I grew up on a farm, so yes. Almost always mice. One night I turned down my bedspread and a mouse was sound asleep on my pillow.

We’ve had mice in the past when we had woods all around us. Can’t stand them!!
If you go to St. Kitts, you need to go to Caribelle Batiks! Beautiful fabrics and so interesting to learn about the process. And I do love your little mouse characters!

Hello! I just happened upon your videos. I need to go back and watch older ones. You both are so much fun! My husband and I have been on several cruises. The caribbean is our favorite! We have gone to a few places that did batik demos. I loved that! We did the underwater sea boss in St Thomas. They are scooters you drive underwater. Very fun! I hope you have a great trip!🛳🍹🌞

One time, I was exercising on my elliptical. I kept hearing paper rustling and thought it was one of my cats. Kept telling the cat to stop. Next thing I know, I see a tiny mouse nose poking out from the top of the dresser. Funniest thing is the cats were terrified of the mouse. Would not go near and cowered in fear. Named the mouse Lola. Because if you name something it's not so scary. I had small children at the time and didn't want them to be frightened. I don't remember ever seeing it after that day or trapping it either. Guess Lola just came for a short visit.

We seem to have mice this year too ...just been gone for a week and found 2 dead mice in traps ...guess we should have gotten more traps. Going to a cruise in January for those islands ...will be interested what you found to do

I was visiting my parents in Chubbuck, Idaho and a builder was clearing the fields below their home which unfortunately led to a mouse invasion. One night while going to bed I was still up reading. All of the sudden a mouse ran across my chest. Several traps were set the next morning 🤣 mice don’t bother me, but cockroaches 😱 No way!!!!

We moved 20 some years ago to an old farmhouse. The washer and dryer were in the back part of the house. My mom was over, and I went to grab a piece of clothes from the laundry hamper and it was moving. Because I was done, nope, not doing it, my mom took the hamper in the field across the dirt road to let it loose and it ran up her leg under her jeans! We screamed so loud and laugh about it now. My husband that night said, you know it came right back in right!

Mice would come in our dryer vent. My cat would wait for them. We would always find the leftover mice meat but never the heads. We decided she had a trophy case somewhere with all the mice heads in a row. Yuck.

We've been in this house almost 6 years. Last year my husband left birdseed in the garage. None in the house, I give my cats cred5! But we caught quite a few in the garage. The mouse critters are so cute!

One morning I was ready to leave for work. I couldn’t get my foot in my shoe and I thought “is there a sock in there?” I’m cramming my foot in like Cinderella’s stepsister and then flipped the shoe over and out came a very dazed mouse! Still have nightmares from that 😮

Mouse story 😂 Ok we had an Airedale Terrier. For those that have one it will be “nuff said”! He was dancing around tossing something in the air and I thought it was one of his toy’s. NOPE it was a mouse! He refused to give it up and ran outside to continue his shenanigans in the middle of winter in the cold and snow. I’m out there in my pj’s with a broom trying to get him to drop it…my neighbors are use to us but it was still embarrassing 🫣

I have had a mouse in my house. My husband caught it with peanut butter on a wooden mouse trap. Since then we always put mouse poison outside, all around the house. So far it’s worked.🤞

We rented a Vrbo cabin in Schofield Reservor for a family trip. We walked in and found so many mouse droppings. It wasn't awful. My daughter-in-law was crying and hiding in her room. On the first day, we only cleaned and disinfected the whole cabin. We didn't see any mice. We only saw their after-effect. It was a rough first day. But the rest of the vacation was great.

Yes I don’t do mice. So we are watching TV and this baby mouse came out into the middle of the floor. I’m freaking out and my husband says he can’t do anything because “it’s just a baby and so cut” I ran up stairs and it followed me. I believe our cat got it for me. 😂

We just recently moved our oldest son and his family from Savannah, GA to Ann Arbor, Michigan! And I was helping my daughter-in-law unpack and set up the kitchen, and we noticed some droppings! She was immediately done putting anything away, turns out there was a nest of baby mice on the side of the house,! We called the Pest Control people and they set up traps and we caught three right away and then they found the nest and took care of that!

I definitely have experience with mice lol. I had them as pets in college. They were so sneaky and would do anything to try to get out of their house (a glass aquarium with a lid).
Now I have cats which keep the mice away, which keep the snakes away (fingers crossed!).

I enjoy your table talks, I was wondering what the name of the tree quilt pattern that is up behind you lovely ladies? Also I did live in an older house years ago in Dolores CO, it had mice that I had to trap by myself, I used a shovel to pick up the mouse and trap and threw the whole trap & mouse in the trash!

Definitely have had a mouse in the house before, but worse experience was when there was a huge rat in the house when we lived on post when stationed in Hawaii. He was sitting on top of the refrigerator. Of course I screamed bloody murder and ran as fast as I could to the living room to tell my husband what I saw. Of course until he got to the kitchen, the rat was no where to be seen and he assumed I was exaggerating and only saw a mouse. I was pregnant and had a two year old at the time, and the whole next day walked around the kitchen with a toilet plunger banging it up and down on the floor trying to scare it from making an appearance until my husband got home from work with traps in toe. Luckily he decided to buy 3 rat traps, just in case I wasn’t exaggerating. We loaded all three traps with gobs of peanut butter and laid in bed throughout the night hoping to hear the trap snap. The rat licked clean two of the traps before the third one finally caught him. My husband, when he went downstairs to check on the traps, said yes, I really did see a huge rat.
Sorry for being so long winded, but something I will never forget. Enjoy watching Table Talk each week.

My husband brought a garbage can in from the garage early one morning and there must have been a mouse in it, One of our daughters woke up with a mouse on her pillow staring at her! Of course she screamed and the other kids stuck their head out of their rooms and went back in and closed their doors!

My husband is afraid of heights and the gutters needed cleaned. Tell me WHY I walked outside and saw this man on a step ladder sitting on the open TAILGATE of his truck trying to clean gutters 😂😂😂. I had a fit! Just in case that did not create a mental picture, he backed his truck up close to the house, put the stepladder on the tailgate and climbed that to reach the gutters 😂
