I hope you do a quilt retreat. I would come for sure. My favorite part of retreats is just being with other quilters. Plus, the un-interrupted quilting time and of course all the treats 😊
My quilting group goes on a yearly retreat we do ourselves - super fun. I have only been able to attend once, short on funds, but it was a blast. We have "quilty exercises" and lots of snacks, plus great simple food. Would love to attend a cross stitch retreat. hugs
That retreat sounded so fun. I have not been to one, but I would really like to go to one with my sister. I loved that project bag and the stitching mat you made to use at the retreat. So cute!
I have attended both quilt and cross stitch retreats and have to say I enjoy both. Love to attend with my friends and see all the projects being worked on by others. There is so much inspiration at the retreats and, where I typically don’t come home with a lot of progress on my projects I certainly come home with lots of ideas and wonderful hauls. Since we are neighbors (I live in Idaho) I would love to attend a retreat hosted by your shop.
Hi! I love watching Table Talk each Tuesday. Yes, I have been on a Retreat and my favorite part is visiting with the other quilters and getting to know them better. Oh, and uninterrupted sewing!!! 🎉 I live in South Carolina- too far to sign-up for your retreat.
I have never attended a retreat and do not have a LNS in my state. I would love to attend to meet fellow stitchers. Your store looks like a fun place to visit also !!
I've attended both cross stitch retreats and quilting retreats. I enjoy the laid back retreats where we can work on our projects with no formal agendas. I would be interested in your quilt retreat. I just got back from one in Shipshewana, MI. Thank you for doing these flosstubes. I appreciate them very much.
I have been to a couple station retreats Stitch West has been my favorite so far I’ve never attended a quilt retreat. I am at Quilter but I would absolutely come if you hosted one. My favorite part so far would be meeting new people seeing with their stitching on new ways to do things.
I have attended several quilt retreats loved making the surprise quilt a little piece at a time meeting new people also all the lovely surprises gifts. I wish you would do a crossstitch retreat
Love your videos! Yes, I have been to Stitch-Con in 2019 which was my first retreat. Then last June my small group of stitchy friends (there are six of us) rented an Airbnb and had our own stitchy retreat for 4 days! We stitched, ate at restaraunts, shopped in Shipshewana Indiana. We had a blast! We are doing it again next year!
Sounds like Stitch West was amazing! I’ve never been to a cross stitch or quilting retreat, mainly due to cost and having four young children. I hope that when my kids are a little older I’ll be able to do more traveling. 😊
I look forward to your videos every week! I’ve been to many crossstitch retreats, but no quilt ones. They would have to be within driving distance in order to lug a machine plus all the associated paraphernalia! Crossstitch is soooo much easier! I don’t know of any quilt retreats within a reasonable distance of me.
I haven’t done a cross stitch retreat, but I have done a few quilting retreat. I absolutely love all kinds of quilting retreats! It is fun to have something to make that you can complete during the retreat, but it is also fun to have time to finish something that I have started. Please please plan a retreat!!! Announce it here first so I can be one of the first to sign up! Thanks for all you do!
I have gone to several cross stitch retreats. I went to Midwest stitchers twice now Farm girl retreats. Also a few at Acorns and Threads. They were fine no designers. First one 35 folks second 85. I like smaller. I enjoy talking to everyone. 😊😊
I have been to several quilt retreats. I am going to Stitch-con in 2025 with three friends for the first time. Would love to come to a retreat if you did one, so much fun!
I have been to cross stitch retreats. It depends on who the teachers are for me if I’m wanting to learn something new. To me if there is no teacher I consider it more of a gathering. I would love to go to a quilt retreat.
Hello hello. I’m from northern Utah- so excited to find you!! I have not been to a retreat yet- just started stitching &quilting a year ago and love both - happy you had a great time.
I attended a cross stitch class or retreat at Ewe Count in Cheyenne, Wyoming years ago. We stitched a bell pull with speciality stitches. The pattern came from Gloria and Pat. I have not attended one since then and would love to attend Stitch West. Maybe in the future when I am not so busy I can attend a retreat.
I have attended a couple of quilt retreats. My bucket list is to attend a cross stitch retreat. There are so many things that I love about retreats but the goodie bags are always fun to get ❤. Great video ladies.
I've only attended online (virtual) retreats and I have enjoyed them. Love hearing from designers that attend. I would love to attend one in person someday. Thank you for sharing your experience and the goodies you received.
Hi! I loved seeing all the cute gifts you received at the retreat. I have been to one cross stitch retreat and my daughter and I will be going to Stitch-Con next year. I’ve never been to a quilt retreat but it sounds fun!

Hello Sandy. Thanks for my sweet wool mouse holding an acorn. It arrived over the weekend while I was attending Stitch North near Toronto. I do both quilting and cross stitch but have never had the opportunity to attend either retreat although it would be wonderful to get that opportunity. Everyone says they are so much fun, so perhaps one of these days I will try to get to one of those. Enjoy your videos.

I’ve been to lots of quilt retreats, but not a cross stitch retreat - it sure sounds fun! I also prefer the opportunity to work on my own projects - I never seem to get as much sewing done at home as I would like to, so getting away from home to work on things is what I need 😅
