- It’s been a little a while. I’m doing great. Thanks for asking and checking in. I get another pet scan in July! It’s possible to thrive with metastatic cancer. I sped this up .25x to help you out 🤣🤣
Finding the previous updates is truly a sign from God. I was just diagnosed with MBC 2 weeks ago and I’ve been devastated. I just started the 2nd semester of a very intensive grad program and was thinking of dropping out after seeing so many testimonies of women that left their jobs due to the disease. You look and sound so healthy gives me so much hope. I will not give up on my dreams.
Definitely don’t give up! I’m living completely normally. Feeling as healthy as ever! Teaching fitness and being a mom. ❤❤❤
So very happy you are doing so well!
That’s wonderful you are doing a ketogenic diet!! I have rare disease and it helps me tremendously. Hope you have a good summer and complete healing. 🙏🏻
Thank you! I feel really good doing it even if it is hard at times especially since I don’t eat meat but I think I have it figured out now.
You are the definition of warrior and if you're getting good results it's because of that. Keep that good work!
I appreciate that! Thank you!
I'm so very thankful to hear that you are doing well... Your mind and spirit have so much to do with your healing✨✨✨✨
Thank you 🫶
That really is awesome news for yourself and your family.
Enjoy your summer you are a very hard-working dedicated lady.
With lots and lots of fans who absolutely adore you.
There is no pressure on filming you spoil us anyway.
Once a week is definitely ample.
Have a wonderful summer enjoy your time with your children♥️😘🦋🌷☀️🌻😘♥️🌷😘♥️🦋🌷
Thank you so much!
Great news! Praise God ❤
Great to hear that you are doing so well and I hope you have a fantastic summer with your children. Also, I am not a dog person at all but that dog is just ridiculously cute😍.
Thank you so much! Ha he’s giant. As tall as me standing up and a big sweetheart 🫶
Natasha, this is great news! Enjoy your kids this summer. Don’t worry about filming.. you’re beautiful inside and out! I’ve just begun my BC journey still recovering from radiation fatigue two months out…but have great prognosis Grade 1 Stage 1 and have not had side affects from estrogen blocker. I’m 64. Thanx for the update! You Go Girl!
Thank you! So great to hear you’re doing well! 🫶
@@NatashaFitnessYogaPilateswonderful to hear from you! I’m in Colorado. What country are you with time change noticed…
@@queenofdahouse1591 I’m in California 💕
You are extremely fortunate. My great aunt was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer in December 2010. She survived until 9 August 2012, dying at just 64. Good luck on your journey.
This is great news and you have a great attitude! God bless.
Hello from Oakland. I’m also a BC survivor… what great news! A great way to begin the summer. Thank you for sharing ❤️🩹
Neighbor! I’m in Richmond.
@@NatashaFitnessYogaPilates I thought you were in SF… East bay is even better! I used to do a lot of yoga, but had to switch to more conventional stretching and light weights after my double mastectomy. It’s great to see you thriving! I was also diagnosed when my daughter was 2 in 2021. What an adventure this life is!
@@lashhimes2570 nope. Last time I lived in San Francisco was years ago for college and after that. Then I moved to Brooklyn for 7-8 years and came back to the east bay when my first baby was just under a year to be back by family.
@@NatashaFitnessYogaPilates I’m originally from NJ but have been out here since 96. Can’t seem to leave!
Great to hear your courage in your story! I hear the energy in your voice! Exerises helps esp to overcome the side effects of the meds. I'm a senior , 8 yrs on, bc, stage 1-2, dcis, idc, clear margins, her2-, letrozole for 5 yrs, now on tamoxifen 20g. The bone aches are due more to my sitting longer than I should, so, I do walk and from time to time, do weight bearing exercises. Does carrying heavy grocery bags count? No, I'm joking , I do go to the fitness parks and spend some time there lifting.
Praying for you and for all here that we get encouraged by one another's story and continue to put in all the effort to do the needful things only. That means we dont overthink, overdo, over work! ❤
All for exercise. That’s my whole career and passion. Thanks for sharing. Rooting for you!
Natasha good to see you are doing so well. I cont. to pray for you. I am a year out from my dbl nipple-sparing mastectomy w/reconstruction using fat transfer. Doing well, 4mm, left breast stage 1 grade 1 invasive lobular, node negative, rt breast low grade 2 areas of DCIS found during a breast reduction surgery for ongoing neck and shoulder pain. The ILC was found due to my deciding to have a dbl mx, it is usually not found until stage 3 or beyond.ILC Grows in a line, does not form a lump not found on mammogram. Sneaky form of BC. I had Never heard of it! I tried Letrazole and it made me have racing heart, severe anxiety and unable to have sex due to vag atrophy. They do not tell you that! I already have mild osteopenia. I cannot tol many meds. I am now 64yrs young, petite and very active, healthy otherwise.Doing natural approach. Natural hormone blockers, etc. Breast Defend supplement. Keto/paleo version of diet. Vag estriol compounded helps greatly. Have a blessed Summer with your kids and that awesome dog. You are such an encouragement. 💗
Thank you for sharing. Glad you are doing well. Been lucky to tolerate the medications well and happy I’m only taking one of the heavy stuff. So far, so good ❤️
so glad things are going so well.. You mentioned that you were wondering how eggs were going to effect your cholesterol levels in your blood work.. I look forward to the answer as I do not eat meat eggs or cheese.. best wishes..
My cholesterol shot up a lot but after a lot of research, I don’t think doctors do not understand cholesterol at all in a ketone body. There is actually no proof that high cholesterol leads to heart disease and my pet scans would show any concern. Also my triglycerides and vsds are low / normal.
I just found your channel by searching for yoga wheel exercise. I wish you the best of luck, healing and happiness I hope you get better really fast, you seem like a really beautiful lovely person. X ❤❤
@@Emjayfinch thank you! I’m doing great. 2 clean pet scans and thriving 🫶

You have become an inspiration to friends. BTW our mutual friend and Australian pilates maven Sue Jameson has just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Send her your vibrant vibes as I send mine to you!

Amazing news 🙏🏼! I’m wondering what you do to manage the effects of menopause both short term and long term .
I’ve only experienced hot flashes for the most part so I’m doing okay. I’m betting my keto diet and exercise are helping me a lot!
@ So happy to hear that the negative effects of menopause have been minimal for you, hoping that it continues that way . ❤️
So happy to hear the good news, I found your videos when it was all very fresh in my own c journey and you sure are a comfort as you share and continue to share. I’m praying for more healing and more blessings for you.
Thank you! Back at you 🫶
That's great news that you are feeling healthy and the cancer is shut down. Your skin and hair looks so healthy!
Aw thank you! Thats so sweet 🫶
Hi! My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 1 , I put her on keto diet (vegetables and fish , sometimes chicken), supplements (omega 3, magnesium, vitamin D3, K2 , sulforaphane). She is going to have surgery in about 3 weeks. Have you considered sulforaphane ? I have found a lot of good stuff about this supplement. (Sorry for my English)
Never heard of it. I’ll take a look. Best wishes to her 🫶 in many ways, I’ve never felt better!
@@NatashaFitnessYogaPilates thank you! I wish you good health and stay strong!
I love your updates. Very informative. Is there a diet coach or online program for your keto? Thank you and continued blessings to you.
I wanted to work with someone but didn’t even know how to find a coach. I watched a lot of RUclips videos and did it/ am doing it on my own.
Well done Natasha, my question for you is, how long would you continue with keto diet? Surely it’s not so good for the kidneys 😮
I plan on doing this long term. It’s been almost 7 months and I’ve never felt better. I’m doing it pescatarian and with plenty of low carb vegetables so I do not see it being harmful.
With the keto diet do you have a book recommendation to follow or any advice? I am so happy for you , this gives massive hope for the treatments of cancer , thank you so much for sharing , ❤ xx
@@soniacoles4252 I joined some Facebook groups, watched RUclips videos but basically just doing it on my own. I post a lot of my meals in my Instagram stories. I have a whole ketogenic tab on my highlights. I eat as low carb as possible while still not eating meat. I do it pescatarian.

Hi Natasha, great update, very happy for you! Did you say you take Turkey Tail supplement? Could you pls share which one and how much? I hear it is great for breast cancer.
I just take one a day by host defense mushrooms I think the name is. I found them on Amazon.
i was just thinking of you! I'm so happy things are going well.
Thank you so much!
Paxil 10mg in AM can help with hot flashes
I have been meaning to go back to your video (can’t recall which one now). I did the CTX Serum Test after doing a bone scan which said I had osteoporosis. I was told that smaller boned people’s scans are not accurate because it measures thickness and smaller boned people’s results are obviously thinner naturally! That it’s more about our osteoblasts and osteoplasts. Been so long I don’t recall the exact wording. Anyway in 2023 prior to taking Anastrozole my CTX results were registering for the levels that were still in premenopause! One year on Anastrozole and another Serum CTX I am within the range of not being flagged for a women in menopause BUT the change in results reading was just over 60%. The literature says that a change of more than 30% needs action taken. :( so I am now thinking that I need to take something for my bones before I end up in the red flag zone for the CTX Serum test. Basically my first test was pre Anastrozole and then 13 months later post Anastrozole. I didn’t have any symptoms from the Anastrozole until the last 3 months - my joints ache. Stretching helps, walking and now I’m doing light weights. I’m 62 so this would have happened naturally anyway as we age, but the pills exasperated it! I’m hoping trying to lift heavier weights will help but I have to find the balance of weight and the pain associated! I use a product by Purica called Recovery Whole Body Pain Management.
I’m sorry to hear that. Definitely look into some bone health vitamins and resistance training. My onco wasn’t too concerned with my results and said we didn’t need to do anything about it. Just to continue my lifestyle and take the vitamins.
@@NatashaFitnessYogaPilates it seems you are doing very well!! :)
hello, what was the grade and size of your initial tumor? It is super interesting that you are documenting this, especially that you are doing keto. I have been just diagnosed, and I have decided to go low carb, and eat more vegetables, and for the 3 meals
My first cancer video from dec/Jan goes into detail of all that. It was stage 1 / about 1cm / estrogen positive her 2 negative. Ductal carcinoma. Thats a great decision. Wishing you all the best.
Hi! I hope you are doing well. May I ask something, were your nodes involved the first time? I am currently stage 1. Receiving chemo, then radiation, hormonal therapy, I had a lupectony and the scare of recurrence is real. Best wishes to you.
No, lymph node involvement or it would have been considered stage 2. I had good, clear margins around the tumor. Nobody thought it would come back but I mention in a video, I had a biopsy and then didn’t have surgery for over a month due to scheduling. Personally, I think when they puncture the tumor, cells can escape.
Hi!!
The injection you get every month is a castration therapy? :) im gonna get smth like that, and i wonder if you had some bad side effects and what the name is. Thank you for sharing your journey.
I’ve never heard that term but essentially it shuts down my ovaries. It’s called Lupron. Basically, it stops your period and puts you in menopause. The only side effect I notice from my meds are hot flashes.
This really is great news. I like the keto diet also.
Hi, can I please ask what supplements you take, Do you take vitamin c and turmeric? Thank you
@@deeay9832 I bone health vitamins, berberine, turkey tail, and an iron magnesium calcium pill but I’m not super consistent with them.
@@NatashaFitnessYogaPilates thank you so much for your response. I was asking about vitamin c and tumeric they say Kisqali would interact will but still not sure as research says its ok. Do you have insta or tiktok lovely speaking to you 🥰
Wonderful news!!
I also have MBC. Hang in there it does get easier. I'm stable but get tired from the meds. Stable is the best news . Lots of research looking for a cure. We have to keep going to keep up with the science.
Absolutely! I feel better than before my diagnosis because of my diet change. I’m confident we will continue to find better medications and even a cure one day!
Check out The Pink Eraser Project.
Awesome! Stay stable~
I just can’t wrap my head around how cheese is healthier than fruit for you.
Fruit has been so modified to be way sweeter / more sugar than it was originally. I get the sentiment but this is a whole other way of the body using ketones for fuel instead of glucose.
Great news! ❤

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Our words have power. When you claim ownership of something, over and over again, someone is listening intently the whole time. The subconscious mind.
The subconscious understands this as a command. It is 2:26 responsible for all the functions of the body that are not under our control, and does not judge the commands we plant in it - it follows them faithfully.

Moreover Brethren, i declare unto you the gospel which i preached unto you, which also ye have received, and with wherein ye stand
By which also ye are saved, if you keep in memory what i preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain,
