Welcome to Hidden Jiu-Jitsu Mat Chats - Episode #1!
In this episode, I had the pleasure to sit down and talk with my good friend Maynard James Keenan after class. Besides being the singer in 3 bands, Tool, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer, he's a father, husband, award-winning winemaker, restauranteur and many other things. Needless to say, he's one of the busiest people I know with one of the most hectic schedules yet he still manages to train multiple times a week consistently even through many setbacks and injuries. I got to ask him, where does the passion and inspiration to train come from even with his crazy schedule. I think his answer will be inspiring to you!
