The house is really nice and fancy. The location of the lot is also great. Since this is not a BYO segment, I would probably add a basement car park for 10 to 12 cars, a roof top area and an off grid solar system with a back up genset. I think the Pressello House Tour 289 is the closest example I can think of. That would be my BYO dream house. Thanks for sharing this @Julia! More power to your channel!
I not a fan of big houses nor can I afford the houses marketed by presello but this is my 7th time watching this video, i find it weired but i like this..I also watch other presello vids but this is the best for me
Beautiful house and the camera work and editing are PERFECT! No unnecessary shots, we can see almost everthing, the timing of Julia's cutscenes. I just love beautifully edited house presentation. Truly brings the house's elegance.

while 100m pesos is for the lot alone, I wonder who buys these half billion peso properties. Most of the richest in the Ph wouldn't even consider this much as the money can be invested to existing business or stock market. Foreigners can't own unless married to a Filipino

I love powder rooms that are immediately off the main entrance, same position for ground level bedroom as well. That said, this house is high-quality.
