To have this home is like having to win the Lotto several times, but a very good property, and a really cozy house.
Great architecture!! Multiple levels easy to walk by, only the upper level need something to hold on while going up. You'll never know it could be slippery.
I really love the layout of this home. I would change a few furniture and finishes in certain areas to my taste but overall, this is definitely one of the best houses I've seen in this channel. Love it!

I really liked the layout, having a more formal living / dining space with a kitchen on the entrance floor, with floors above and below for family and more private areas.
My goodness it's a beautiful house really for the rich. It lacks one thing: elevator. All in all, it's magnificent!

It’s a beautiful home, but I found the gap between the two front doors distracting. Not sure how wide it is, but you can see right through.
On a house this classy and expensive, that seems odd to me. Wind, water and bugs can come right in. There are privacy and noise concerns, as well.
It’s just not up to standard for a home like this, and it’s the very first thing you see when you walk up to the house.

too much glass window your going to have extra cooling consideration, when the sunlight pass through those glass and it will absorb the heat and with high ceiling you should have a central AC not only in the summer. plus the walls are concrete with no insulation. the master bedroom alone needs 2hp 2 split type AC the way it looks. you have to be a billionaire to live there...

For 1100 floor area there should have been at least 7 bedrooms built in it.

I really like to watch presello.. however, sometimes nahihilo na ako sa video.. while Julia speaking and describing something.. iniiba na ang focus ng video. Just suggestion, pwede niong ifocus ang camera sa bagay na sinasabi ng host rather than ipakita ung ibang details ng place while host is speaking.. may pa video naman kayo to show every detail ng house.. dun nio mlng ilagay. ^^ anyway cheer up.

Tables on the sides of a bed are called nightstands. "End tables" go on the sides of a couch or sofa. The wrong kind of furniture is in the bedroom; nightstands typically should have drawers for storage.

@@daveviate305 sure. When the presenter refers to the area of the island with the barstools, which is right in the middle of the kitchen, as a nook. A nook by its very name means a corner, or an out-of-the-way area. The center of the kitchen is not a nook.

It's better before. It seemed the higher the price, the tactic of marketing is reflected as to not scare away potential buyers. In my opinion, as long as it's worth the given amount then the more your organization needs to be assuring of its saleable price.
They need traffic on their website to rank higher on google SERPs, thats why they want us to go to their website.

Beautiful but not for me.. it's like a maze with too many stairs (not senior or kid friendly). Too many dining areas, to many living spaces etc. A lof lot redundant spaces which in reality can only be used one at a time so I feel like it's such a waste of resources. It feels like the designer just put it there to make up for the huge internal space.
If I have that kind of large plot.. I would prefer to a have a bungalow or maybe a more intimate main house at around 300 sqm (only) where my family and I can actually talk to each other. Then a separate small guest house, probably.
The rest, I will turn it into a huge yard where kids can actively roam around or an edible garden for sustainability. But to each is own.
But all in all, well presented as always by Presello and Julia's team.

Ayala Westgrove seems like a very nice place to live in, only if they have better street names. Gives me a cringe to spend over a million USD (in this case $2M!) for a house only to have your address in Lanzones Drive, or the streets of Durian, Macopa, Kamias, Kasoy and worst Santol! Can't they at least change those awful street names?
So those AWH residents must be living a hellish life in that subdivision simply because the street names are not to your liking. Wonderful.
