I am so glad I found you again. You do amazing work. I enjoyed hearing about your farm. The Flag has a lot of meaning but to me it stands for proud to be an American where we are free.
My grandson was born on Flag Day! I hope he grows to appreciate that. I hope all goes well with your expanded Amana group. I live close and you all talk about the antique stores there. I go to the quilt shops and the restaurants and go home. Some day I'll have to actually wander the antique shops and see what you all are raving about. Lol. Funny how bring a local is so different from being a tourist.
OMG! I am going back and watching your past episodes! I love you so much! I grew up on a dairy (cow) farm and we used to show cows/sheep…everything! I love hearing about your life! You are my people!
I was just thinking about you the other day and how much I missed your videos. Then you came across my feed. I was so excited. Now I have to go back and watch the ones I’ve missed. I thought you had gone to another platform. When I went though cancer in 2020 I kinda lost interest and now I’ve pretty much lost sight in my left eye from macular degeneration so I can’t stitch like I used to but I don’t want to miss any of your videos. I love what you did to Miss O’Leary’s Farm. Thank you again for making videos. I’ll be ordering from you soon.
So nice to see a video from you. Hope that you can share your quilts with us next time. The flag pattern is beautiful. Loved your stitched piece for Flag folks. I also had to give up my stitch room for awhile and DANG did I miss it so. Be well and prayers for great job opportunities for hubby!
Love watching your videos! Loved the beautiful stitched goodies. I don’t have much patriotic patterns, you have inspired me. I would love to stitch the flag patterns you showed.
I’m partial to 40 count over dyed fabric. I haven’t sewn quilts in several years but just bought a kit from Country Samplers and a jelly roll from a quilt shop! Like I need anymore fabric!!!! My husband is retired Navy and my son is active duty Navy, so red, white, and blue and the flag figure prominently at my home!
I’m 70 and love doing all the stitchy things. My kids left us empty nesters but when they came back, they brought their own kids back with them. 😂😂. I love being an empty nester. You can spread your stuff around with no fear of sticky fingers. 😍😍😍. Our hay has gone up from 4.74 to $10. I don’t know how folks are going to make it.
Wow! This is my first time watching your video and so enjoyed all of your finishes and quilting. Also have enjoyed all of the flag stitching this month! Would love to get some of the cobblestone fabric you showed. Hope you get more int your shop soon. Thanks!
Oh my goodness! So happy to come across your video! Just coming back to cross stitch after a long absence! I have missed going to your retreats! Now to go and binge watch all of your other videos 😊
You were one of the first floss tubers I watched when I got back into cross stitch. In fact, because of you I stitched Prairie Schooler Harvest. I miss you as I am not a Patreon member. I fly our flag every day.
I love stitching flags. I always enjoy your flosstubes so much. I really like how versatile you are with the content. Your flosstube never gets boring.
Good to see you put out a video. I always enjoy them. I too couldn't wait to be empty nesters. I had exactly 1 year before my grand son came to live with us. It was hard but he needed us. His dad passed away this past January. I would give anything to have him here. Your Instagram stories about goats are great. Really good video. Your stitching is great. I stitch on 32ct linen. I guess I am old.😊
That’s wonderful for you to have a craft room back! I enjoyed your video. I would love to see a quilt parade and any quilt tips you would provide, I’m new to quilting and I’d really love help keeping a project organized. I’m intrigued by your binder organization. The Flag pattern has been on my wish list, I have never tried Sulky threads.
Oh what a wonderful video jam-packed with delightful finishes!! I am stitching so many pieces with the American flag right now but would love to add one more! Thank you for sharing all of your inspirational work!
I love seeing all your projects and finishes!! The let freedom ring stitch could be made into a small quilt and sewn to a basket front. I’ve made several sewing baskets this way…. So enjoy seeing your goats!
Your info on the box for Happy Birthday, America was so timely for me!! I forgot what the box was originally meant for and planned it for something else! So just went over to Factory Direct Crafts to order...Thank You!
Great to see you again. It’s been a while! You have been busy! I had to laugh at your comment…this is not a hickey! After you just telling us your kids have moved out and you guys are enjoying being alone..lol Curling iron huh? I love the strawberry stitch you did…so pretty! I would love to stitch a flag.
36ct is my fav! I use Menards 6 cubic ft sawdust that is safe to use & I love it 😍! I’ve almost used it all in about 6-8 months!!! Your finishes are gorgeous ❣️I love painting & distressing as well 😀 You enabled me to immediately order the Let Freedom Ring pattern 🙌🏼🇺🇸
I just loved your Flag Folk finish sooooo much, that I went to Lori's etsy and ordered it. So in the mood to stitch Patriotic and nothing better than our Flag!
Hi Michelle, this was a great video, with all of your beautiful finishes. I love the flag pattern and would love to stitch it. Your Mrs. Ruedy's Farm piece-adorable! It's very good to see you again. The quilt behind you is gorgeous! Scrappy quilts are my favorite. I made a tumbler quilt years ago, and it turned out so pretty. Your tumbler quilt is so lovely. I need to check out your website soon. Pam Miller in Alabama
Hi Michelle!! My goodness, Girl, your needle is on fire!! 🔥🔥 And your sewing machine, too! Wow, you really finished a lot of things and I love them all!! I was thinking about the Sub Rosa design and I think it would look cute as a drum since you don’t want to frame it. Put some cute patriotic fabric on top and bottom and some JABCo pins or something. It would be cute. Can’t wait to see what you finish for next time! Happy stitching til then! 🪡🧵🪡🌞🌼🌸🐝🍄🍓🍅🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💕💕💕
Great video!! I love all your projects. Happy flag day. I’m am also a quilter and I love all the antique looking quilts as well. Take care. Happy summer.
I'm not sure I have a favorite or go to fabric. It depends on the chart and what I am using the project finish in/on. I enjoyed seeing all your finishes. This month I am focusing on my BAPs so there are no finishes in my near future but I am seeing a great deal of progress on my full coverage. I am looking forward to smalls next month to include anything with a flag.
Michelle, love seeing your finishes, they are all beautiful!!! My favorites though were the Blackbird summer berries drum (love the print you used for the drum) and Martha Pudsey. Your Martha is spectacular! I am about 1/4 of the way with her and really want to give her some attention after seeing yours. We have similar taste in projects; if I haven't stitched it, started it, or have it in my stash, it goes on my wish list! Yes, you really must get your Mrs. O'Leary's Farm conversion framed, it is adorable! Love seeing your quilts and I am smitten with the one behind you. Oh, and lest I forget, I love your tomato fob finish!!! Your 🍅is next level!!! Thank you so much for the lovely Etsy shout out! 😊
I ran across your video about a month ago. So happy I found you! I have a few goats myself, I love them! Love your stitching you showed and your quilts are beautiful! Look forward to seeing your videos in the future.

Our granddaughter is going to be showing a meat goat at our county fair. This is our first experience with goats & I was a little uneasy about it but they are so sweet. Hi Michelle! So good to see You again and wow 🤩 You have been busy! I absolutely Love 💕 the quilt that was behind You and btw, I thought the quilting was very good, did You say You quilted it yourself, forgive Me if You did, I didn’t hear that! Thank You so Much for Sharing! So glad You have a place for Your Creativity to run wild!
Love your videos Michelle! You had so many lovely finishes!! I’ve been wanting to ask this for a long time, but what do you use for your face as far as lotions/creams? You have such a beautiful complexion! Do you used goat milk products (which I hear are good for the skin)?
Michelle, I have a question, how in the world do you get so much done, your life sounds extremely full. How do you stay motivated to accomplish so many projects, Pam in Oklahoma.
Hearing you talk about your goat showing trials reminds me of my dog showing days. I showed Whippets in Australia with some very good but very American style Whippets. Of course they looked almost like a different breed! At the very first Whippet National here in Oz, under an English breed specialist who only has pure English fawn dogs, we won BEST IN SHOW with a very elegant, beautiful moving American style particolour bitch. Couldn't believe it. Judges comments....... ' bitch was outstanding type, excellent mover with 2 problems. 1. She's the wrong colour, 2 she's not mine. ' . The very next weeks show under an Australian judge...... 4th out of 4! Love your work. I'm new to stitching, having been a quilter for years, so I'm finding your videos inspiring. Would love to stitch a flag pattern.
Love your patriotic and flag finishes. Your quilts are beautiful. Scrappy quilts are my favorite to sew.☺
It's so nice to have a creative space. I love to stitch anything patriotic, especially something with a flag!
I am so glad I found you again. You do amazing work. I enjoyed hearing about your farm. The Flag has a lot of meaning but to me it stands for proud to be an American where we are free.
You've been busy!
Love everything you' be shown, both cross stitch & quilting.
Love the quilt behind you.

Don't you wonder how something from Maine gets to a Minnesota antique shop?
I think it was probably purchased on a vacation. That's my guess anyway! Apparently the artist has a studio/shop that's still there!
