If you turn off the lightings, the battery lasts more than twice as long. I often get a whole weeks usage without charging. Tbh I don't really like the lighting, looks a bit ugly imo
Is it possible to turn off the middle part blue led light?
Thanks, i was not getting this controller because of the battery life. But after reading you comment, looks like i am getting one.
how can turn off/on light
Great video, this is the best review for the GameSir T4 PRO Controller that I have seen & Well done in describing how to use the functions in detail.
Thank you sir!
Thx for the comparison/review I'm gonan be ordering one soon and write my thoughts on it
for anyone wondering , if you have the pro controller and connect to your iphone. it reads it as a xbox one controller
which one do you prefer, Easysmx ESM-9110 or GameSir T4 Pro?
How do u turn the back buttons off
all I want to know is the deadzone of the stick and the stiffness.
Dead zone is a software thing, and the stiffness is average
@@jasonander4964 yeah thank youuu. I bought it already. Now I understand about deadzone. In this controller, it does not have hardware deadzone. So, does not have any problem to set it using software. Also, many reviewer forget to mention that the Trigger buttons is pressure sensitive not just binary input. For example if you using the trigger button to accelerate a car in a racing game, the more you push the trigger button, the faster the car get. You did mentioned it thought. But it didnt really quite catched my attention the first time I watch it because it is just too fast. 😂 Also, the analogue sticks are quite good. Not stiff at all.
This is my first video I saw of yours!!
So.... you can feel 2 grams of difference in the weight, that's amazing dude! :)
I have had 2 different Gamesir gamepads in the past. Both suffering from a notable "dead zone" in the center of the analog sticks. Not a big deal with action games, but rather uncomfortable with simulation driving games.
How about this T4?
Many thanks.
This one is pretty good. Havent experience any deadzone or any issue on it so far
@@GlennThoughts tiene los botones L3 y R3?
Hello, I was wondering if this can connect to a pc via bluetooth instead of the 2.4 ghz receiver, I've seen in some places a table listing pc not being compatible with bluetooth but I would like to know from someone who has tried it
Can be connected as bluetooth like a switch controller, then use a program called Betterjoy to us it as a regular xinput controller
@@stashfam427 thank you, I hadn't tried so before and just used the reciever, definitely bt is the way to go!
so, the only diff for the pro is it has bluetooth connection? the no pro can only connect through usb receiver?
Yes. Non pro is for pc only via dongle. Pro is bluetooth via any other bluetooth
Good review! Just bought 4 of the t4 pro for me and my siblings.
Wow that's awesome bro. Enjoy!
what can you say about build quality? this is most concerning to me dividing my options between this and the SN30Pro +
@@DalvaWolf compatibility and quality is superb. But if you hate soft triggers this might not be for you, also its bad for fps games because the left analog click is too shallow for sprinting and it might disengage as a click register when pressing it and moving the stick forward. Everything else seems to be in order.
@@DalvaWolf build quality is top notch. Super sturdy
@@GlennThoughts would you say comparable to the pro controller?
Hi do you have the wire version it's cheaper. How does it compare to those 2 you review
My Dualsense suffers a little drift, what about this? waiting for mine to arrive today.
Hello mate, did you try to Play FIFA on it? If yes, does the Bluetooth work well on it?
Hi bro, can i ask.. does GAMESIR T4 pro support PS3? Pls help 🙏🙏
how many controllers can you connect to the dongle? only one or can you connect multiple?
Only one and every controller has a dongle
I'm confused. I baught this for gaming on pc. Will I have to buy anything else to make this work wirelessly and wired? Read something about some 2.4 ghz and a tp usb link. Will i need any of that? Or does it come with everything i need to game on pc? Thanks
It comes with a 2.4Ghz usb dongle that you plug to your PC and it will connect to that. No need to buy additional device
@@GlennThoughts bro, from the heart, thank you! Love you long time lol. Haven't used a controller in 20 years. Tired of all the damn aiming with mouse and keyboard. I'm even good, just gets old. Want to relax and just use some snap to target on some of my favorite games, gta v, breakpoint, etc. Don't know much about controllers these days. Been out of the loop. Thought this was fixing to get complicated lol. Thanks for setting my mind at ease man. Hope you have a good one.
Gamesir logo changed from looking like a chicken embryo to a full grown rooster.
Can the Pro controller connect to Android TV with usb device and/or Bluetooth?
Can i connect to xbox one? Thanks
I'm not sure how to turn on vibration during play games because after adjust it to high level of vibration... Still cannot use in game any help?
Not sure but you can adjust the vibration on it I remember. Check in Google for manual of it and see if there's instruction about vibration
Is it good for racing games? Analog is good enough?
Yes!
Holla,is the receiver can for xbox series x controller?
I have the t4 and it s a great controller, but still didnt drop it so dont know about durability :)
Just bought this...as my second controller. To be honest...., a bit regret n dislike this controller compared to my current ipega 9156
Pros
-Adequate size
-light weight
-vibration
-extra back button to map to create extra movement
Cons:
-Bluetooth mode is totally not recognized by windows pc no matter which bluetooth mode u try. Only dongle can be recognized by windows. UPDATE: It actually works after i have restart again my pc and pair again using select+home blutooth mode. Strange, I couldn't explain what is happening either.
-Trigger button travel distance is too shallow.
-USB dongle is too large.., may block neighbouring usb port if ur laptop have cramp usb placing....., mayb not all ppl have this problem.
I am comparing the cons vs ipega 9156. Feel wasted my money to buy this just getting little extra benefit over ipega 9156. ipega 9156 would just need to upsize little more to be ergonomic, if vibration is not a mandatory.
Thanks for the input. Me I will choose this T4 any day over ipega 9156. Ipega is very cheaply build and has bad design as well. Very chinese rip off of a PS1 controller. Like a little toy for kids. T4 on the other hand is very solid and has its own unique design, and I love the led lights plus the strength of its vibration. But I use it exclusively as a controller for my PC games. Ipega may be better if you use it for mobile gaming or bluetooth connection to pc which is horrible because bluetooth has latency. T4 connects to pc via 2.4ghz no latency connection dongle and not bluetooth. That's why I will always prefer that over bluetooth.
@@GlennThoughts 9156 feels a more heavier actually. Though T4 pro really has some advantage over 9156, but that trigger button is really too shallow. I find it sometimes, I can accidentally push the trigger, even though I m not intended to. Hehe..., not really a pro gamer, I couldn't notice too much latency. Now that I notice T4Pro bluetooth can actually work on windows, which i really can't explain why previously it don't work. So, I am pretty fine with this controller now. Thx dude, I see u are really replying almost all comments, u r such a hardworking man!
@@scottng8171 bigger dongle means less latency and longer range.
@@jj-wh6vg is that so? I can't really tell the diff, maybe is little to me that i can't notice, or some ppl can sensitive enough to notice the difference. But all in all, I m actually quite fine with this controller. Just one thing, one thing i really can't think of any reason to accept, the trigger button travel distance......, too shallow..., hard to control the linear sensitivity for racing games.
Hi, have you tried the gulikit king kong controller? If so what do you recommend the GameSir or the Gulikit?
Havent heard of that yet but Gamesir T4 is a really good gamepad I even like it better than my PS4 DS4
@@GlennThoughts Okay thank you so much! I appreciate the response. In return I will sub to you as a thanks :)) Cheers to you mate. Stay safe
For genshin you need to go into settings
how enable mouse mode on t4 pro?
What is the meaning of 4 editable buttons and 2.4Gz I mean what are the use of them😅😅😅 Plz tell
macros
good afternoon, .. friend you can test on the pc played gears of war 4 or 5, some controls do not work in this game and others from Microsoft are the original xbox 360 and one. thanks in advance.
I dont have gears but I'm sure this will work just download thr xinput driver and this will be recognized by microsoft as xbox controller for windows
@@GlennThoughts ok,.thanks
is this compatible with ps3?
Gamesir T4 pro or Gulikit KingKong NS08?
Bro, what is the (main) differecne between T4 pro and T4 (wireless) and which one should I buy?
T4 Pro can be used for Nintendo Switch as well while the T4 is for PC only.
@@GlennThoughts Thanx
I have t4 pro i use it on ps3, stadia, luna, xcloud and geforce not to mention its a mfi apple cert it can also play on apple tv arcade and ios devices. Dual shock only works on usb dongle and nintendo swith. Although i have oled c1 and it works on dongle and play stadia and geforce with dual shock
@@marklouieadame how do you use it for PS3 can you tell please. I want that too
Does anyone know how to turn off the back paddle buttons on the pro and could you please tell me how?
To disable the paddles, simply press "back" and the paddle you want to disable and then when the light turns purple, simply press the paddle again
@@GlennThoughts Thank you for responding and answering my question.
Could you please also tell me which button is the "back" button? I'm using it on my pc if that makes a difference. Thank you again.
@@TheRealNewWhirledOrder It's the Select - button
@@GlennThoughts Thank you!
does it also recognizes it as an xbox controller when connected on PC via bluetooth only(without the receiver)?
it will show name as Xbox controller. I am on windows 10, though name is xbox controller, it recognized as other device, not a input device..., n totally not usable....., the only way to connect to pc is to use usb dongle
UPDATE: It actually works after i have restart again my pc and pair again using select+home blutooth mode. Strange, I couldn't explain what is happening either.
@@scottng8171 ohh great thanks! Now I will definitely buy this.
@@HafeezPiscalin , yes, if can't work, just try remove device, restart, n pair again using select+home. But since u r using on pc, best is plug in USB dongle, easiest n lower latency. The reason i would sometimes need bluetooth, because sometimes i would play some game with friends together offline, and their controller is only bluetooth, so i need to switch to bluetooth mode in order to able to play games together.
What about T4w? Is thre anybody in there Who knows the difference between T4 and T4 pro except connection
good pm can you play ppsspp on android using that controller?
I'm pretty sure you can coz we use gamepad like these back in the day for ppsspp
Yes , I play burnout legends mostly
Gamesir g4 and gamesir g4 pro and gamesir g4s next please
What game where you playing?
It's Monster Hunter World
@@GlennThoughts alright thanks bud
Hey, i am curious if the reciever works on the switch i am just curious lol
it connects to switch via Bluetooth I believe
@@GlennThoughts yea but i am still curious if it connects to switch via the 2.4 ghz reciever
@@Draglox probably not.. my switch is lite so can't test tho
@@GlennThoughts oh ok, i have a switch too but i dont know how to use the reciever properly
Hey,does the gamesir t4 (not pro) have hyro?
You mean gyro? No I don't believe so
@@GlennThoughts ah f*ck me! thanks btw
is the input lag bad on wired mode on pc?
No not even in wireless
anyone know what thumgrip will fit on the pro one?
Bro please can you try conneting the 2.4 ghz reciver to a ps3 and tell me if it works
I don't have a PS3 but afaik, Playstation has always been proprietary on controllers and headphones.
@@GlennThoughts i heard people say it works and others say it doesnt and i am really confused
@@mohamedhesham9849 sorry got no ps3 but they say it works on xbox and ps4.
@@GlennThoughts no worries bro thanks for replying ❤️
@huy hoang nah not really
I just bought this just now on amazon its coming toma 🤗
Is it good for pc?
I can't decide which control to buy. I am between the G4pro and the T4 pro.
What do you say ?
I prefer the looks, the lights, and the rigidity of T4pro. G4 pro looks like a cheap clunky mobile gamepad while T4 pro is a solid built proper PC or Console gamepad.
@@GlennThoughts Thanks man !
would you recommend the t4 pro or the g4 pro
T4 pro
@@GlennThoughts any reason why
@@flitz427 g4 pro is clump of junk clamped together
@@youraveragesecuritysergean7247 damn
Bought the T4W and the joysticks are bad they don't feel good and precised like the xbox 360, the buttons for shooting too feel weird and not durable. Don't buy this for a shooting game.
Is the analog 360 degree?
Yes
Is the analog stick good ?
In terms of Minecraft gaming ?
Yes!
How do you charge it up
Usb type c
So now that I have it it's trash the Bluetooth continues to jump off of the cell phone
It says that it's connected to your phone but then the remote itself is not doing anything customer service sucks from gamesir
So what I've done is about a product called stadia Google controller I highly recommend that you check that out for yourself
I got that controller and it's trash the turbo doesn't work after 48 hours charging its not full GUYS DON'T BUY IT!!!!!!
Is there any input lag
No noticable one
OK ba ung right analog stick nya for aiming, like aiming for headshot? thanks
Ok naman po pero mas ok pa din syempre keyboard and mouse for fps
Try mo yung JoyShockMapper 3+ gagamitin mo yung gyro as a aim hindi ko pa na try kasi hinihintay ko pa yung gamesir t4 pro ko
bili akong yan goods ba para sa emulator for pc gusto ko kasi mga oldskol game like mario , contra
Yes!
Nice
Subbed
Gamesir t4 pro
Pro:can play many games in PC, iOS,android and etc
Bad: some popular games in Android like codm does not work
But work on iOS it works
For codm i would recommend Gamesir G6s (i have one and works perfectly).
How do i connect gamesir t4 non pro to android
Pwede nyo po ba i test yung analog kung may deadsones
Wala po sya deadzone. Atleast yung nakuha ko. Perfectly working sya just like my ds4 sa ps4 ko
@@GlennThoughts uhm ask lng po ulit. Yung pro and non pro version yung pc compatibility lng po pinagkaiba?
@@iamred3667 non pro is for pc lang o while pro is for mobile, ps4, and switch.
Pede po ba sya sa cod
T40 pro or T1s, which is better? 🤔
T4. Absolutely.
@@GlennThoughts for android and their emuladors? Thank for stay
@@JuanCarlos-zv6kt t4 pro. T1 is like a Playstation 1 copy, while T4 is on its own design with xbox controller layout which is really comfortable and nice to control
Pwde po ba yan sa tekken 7 ? Pc
Yes!
are you from ph
But same lang po sila ng controller mismo. Supoort lang naiba
@@GlennThoughts thx po salamat
