A small insight would be appreciated! I have a food friend who is a textbook codependent individual. And he just got into a relationship, impetuously, with an alcoholic.
He’s been single for a very long time and the woman that comes along who shows interest in him is currently broken, and he jumps in with both feet hastily. I’m worried

Hello! Thanks again for this great talk. I returned to listen again today and find that there seems to be a background music playing during this talk. Is there a version of this talk without the background music? The music sounds like it would be very good for deep relaxation or hypnosis, but for this wonderful talk by Vince, I find it to be a bit distracting. Thanks
