With those glasses Angela is dressed like Buddy from the old /now defunct show " Cranium Command" that was at EPCOT. Its a great reference look it up haha.
The original roadhouse is a classic. My wife and I watched the new roadhouse and we loved it! You can tell Connor McGregor is acting like that on purpose, and that's what makes it great and hilarious at the same time😂.
Definitely enjoyed the second half of this episode more than the first. Great show, as always!
The movie Angela is talking about is “Kick-Ass” Nicolas cage plays the father of Hit-Girl (chole grace moretz). He’s a “superhero” also called “big daddy”, who trained his daughter tactical skills, hand to hand combat, weapons, and effective killing techniques.
If you’re going to be in any survival scenario with a Nick Cage character it has to be his character from Next. Having a guy who could see into the future would be invaluable.
Benny and Joon is the Johnny Depp movie Alex was talking about. Fun movie.
90% share the podcast. Angela is talking about when she listened to a Blackbeard series. Is the podcast Last Podcast On the Left. It’s very good podcast. If you’re into true crime and gallows humor, it may not be for everyone but I enjoy it.

The Movie Angela was referring to at the end was KICK ASS. Where Nick Cage plays a dad and daughter Vigilante duet. Not the main stars but a big part of the movie.

If I could not go with Jonny Blaze, then Cage from Willey's Wonderland. I think the upcoming movie is just weird wolves based on the trailer, so Cage that does not talk and does not mind cleaning up after we take out a pack, would be perfect. Not sure where we would put the pinball machine, but no apocalypse is perfect.

More Jack Reacher type films and less Disney universe. I did really like how the women of Reacher were bad asses WHEN THEY WERE ARMED. They didn't just walk in and punch out a room full of marines. That was Reacher's job.

Get a skillet, bacon grease, and Brussels sprouts, fry ‘em up baby, those little fart pills are best with charred edges and a little fight left in the middle. Cover them with Parmesan cheese….smashing them flat after cutting them in half helps. Pretty much any gross veggies are much more palatable with some bacon grease
