Teen / boy singer Cormac Thompson sings and plays the piano on his cover of Cyndi Lauper's 80's classic True Colours. Now 13 Cormac has been singing since he was a young boy. His debut album (Decca Records) Hear My Voice, released to much acclaim when he was just 11 years old.
Since this, Cormac's treble voice has earned him a solo at The Royal Albert Hall (Celebrating Christmas with the Salvation Army), a place in the final of Young Chorister of the Year-the BBC Songs Of Praise choirboy/girl competition-and an appearance on Britain's Got Talent.

A massive thank you to everyone who came to the premiere for True Colours. that would be fantastic I'd love to go there but I think there is a great deal of hard work to go before I could even think that that might be possible I'm not very good at studying either which they might not be so keen on 😅😅🤫🤫
Gifted people as yourself do not require much study as everything you need is innately inside you. Born that way!

Thank you Cormac. I have a son who has Asperger's. He has the purest heart of anyone you could ever know. As with most "Aspies", he has some behaviors when he is happy that most would find unusual (i.e. - "flapping"). He knows that "normal" society would be put-off by this display of joy and suppresses it, which makes me sad.
The sensitivity with which you sang this song made me think of my son and I shed a tear for him not knowing how he will be treated (or mistreated) on his journey through life. His innocence and pure heart puts him at risk to the evils of the world we live in.

He sings very well. I like his singing. His voice has changed from his Boy Sparano days, but he can still sing well. Most boy sopranos completely lose it. I did not know he could also play the piano.
