    I never have had this before. It looks interesting and I would love to try. Besides using the specific cake pan, is there any other pan I could use? As for me, the appearance is not my top priority, and will not bake it as often. I’m more on the taste, so getting the traditional pan is not quite practical. Thank you for sharing such a lovely recipe.

      Please search online for cake pan converter calculator to adjust recipe according to your cake pan, can use same temperature, time depends on your own oven, the deeper the dough the longer it baked

    Thus is high fat..butter recipe...anyone can succeed in following this recipe with 2.5g yeast...i think it need around 4g...notice no ruse at all after an hour...so added another 1.5g...at least 2 hrs rose to 70+% from original level
