Guys if we want them to release/remake the cruis'n collection or hydro thunder, BUY this Game as it will depend on sales. Hopefully sales do gr8 so we can get these remasters eventually.

Just found your channel after searching for Cruis’n Blast videos. You did a great review, especially comparing the arcade version to the switch one. I bought the game already because I love arcade racers. Definitely going to subscribe your channel. You have more great content from looking at all your uploads. Those gameboy joy-cons are super cool.
I am planning on picking this up for sure. I'd love to see a crusin' collection on switch as well. Personally though, i'd also love to see a San Francisco Rush collection too. With a stunt course builder, online mp, and any cut content from the oringinal games.

I hope Cruis'n Blast fans spread the word & gives Raw Thrills feedback about this. :)
Eugene Jarvis did tease potential DLC if Blast sells well enough. They no longer have the license though so that would be something that they'd need to renew first. Thanks for watching!
I do all my tricks by tapping and double tapping ( hell spamming) the R trigger over and over and I get first place more often than no ...sooooo you don't have to use A as all the reviewers are saying 🙄
Cruis’n World is still my favorite of the series, but Blast is very close second. It’s just so much fun. I loved every second I’ve played so far. I don’t even care if the same tracks are recycled.
Wish Sega re release outrun 2 (with or without Ferrari license), Sega Rally and Daytona, dynamite deka series (die hard arcade game), taito release the ray series schmup collection and snk release another metal slug anthology of all metal slug titles (including the games series mentioned earlier on) for Nintendo switch including physical release.. that would be awesome.. does the asphalt game franchise took gameplay elements or inspiration from this game franchise ?
Graphics 10/10 Race course 9/10 Fun factor 9.5/10 BUT, from what I can tell, there isn't a whole lot to hold you back or challenges. Hold the gas pedal down and go. The game keeps you on the track. Rubber band defeats the strategy effects. Am I wrong here? Haven't been playing it long
Great review, while the game is fun it’s sad that even in 2021 we still can’t get 100% arcade conversions with added console content. I doubt it’s the switches hardware as there’s more demanding games (hell Asphalt 9 Legends, a free to play game has graphical details missing in CB) To me it was a budget title Nintendo ask Raw Thrills to put together in months and they did the best they could, I guess. If there was more time and budget I’m sure we would’ve gotten a much better product with all the bells n whistles missing from the arcade and then some.

I do think that a lot of the compromises really came down to getting a solid 60fps out of the experience, but yeah I still wish it was a little closer to the arcade
I kinda wish Raw Thrills ported other of their arcade games such as SuperBikes 1/2/3 (fyi, all the new courses in Blast that weren't in the original come from SuperBikes 3), I love that series. They are very similar to Cruis'n blast in terms of fast-paced action and wacky courses. They would need to take out a whole lot of live-action away from the game in order to keep it's age rating low tho.
No. Say what you want. Cruis'n for the Wii and for the GBA almost killed the series. Cruis'n Blast redeemed the series and made it quite clear that the Cruis'n franchise was not done yet. I will not give credit to those last two mistake. Because those two were dumpster fires and that is coming from someone who has been a fan of the series since it released back in 94 in arcades all across the world. Also, the fast and furious Racer. I played it in the arcades and it was even a horrible game.

Hopefully it'll also prompt a remaster of the old Rush series. They can leave LA. Rush out of it.

I hope Lamborghini gets re-added as dlc or something. The only racing game on the switch with Lamborghini is Asphalt 9. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Haha yeah you can definitely go that route too. Double tapping A for flips has been burned into my brain since the N64 days though

Has more of a rush feel than older titles. Atleast seems like it.
