I've used Notebook LM many times. The two-person podcast conversation is great for personal use but not ready-for-prime-time business use. The male voice is very good, while the female voice is quirky and often falls off without finishing a word. The voices sometimes interject strange noises between words and sentences. These faults don't make for a professional podcast that anyone would want to represent their business.
