So 500 characters is the max you can use to customize the Audio Overviews. Reason it was 18 minutes long is because I had 3 huge sources uploaded about ChatGPT lol. Thanks for watching!
Is there a way to limit the length of a Deep Dive despite the number of sources in a notebook? How can I get a 5 min (or 3 or 2) Deep Dive? @@RyanDoserAI
@RyanDoserAI I use NotebookLM quite often. So I'll take anything tbh. I love learning processes and tricks etc, of other users because "what if I learn something?" Or "what if I didn't think of something?" So I appreciate it. Hacks or not.... thanks bro....keep it up
@@RyanDoserAI Thanks for a quick answer. I'm in Austin, TX. I've been an engineer for 50 years desiging electronic devices and programing them. I'm used to reading manuals (and writing them too.) It is my belief that any tool is only as good as the manual that comes with it. NotebookLM does not have a manual and I haven't found a video that A: names of the various areas that control the app and B: Tells me where to "click" and what it will do. (Yes, I'm old but I still hope to find something like a manual for NotebookLM beause it is an amazing tool and I am going to use it as much as I can.) Thanks, Rob:-]
@@RobertShaverOfAustin I should make a "NotebookLM for Beginners" video soon. And I would try using a different Google account and see if you get that Customize button.

Here's a HACK: My NotebookLM does not have the Customize button. Is there some way to get it installed or whatever you might call it?
Interesting.. Where are you located? I'm wondering if Google hasn't rolled out that update to certain parts of the world.

when I go to revid I just get 'something went wrong, project not saved'
Interesting.. Could be website issues or try creating another free account. There are also similar AI tools out there to Revid
Juts checked again from initial steps and I am not getting any 'output example' - any suggestions thanks
@@QuoteOfTheDay64 I have no affiliation with Revid so not sure.. Maybe try another tool with the similar functionality
@@RyanDoserAI All sorted now thanks
