- Stacy Jones, a former forensic scientist specializing in crime scene analysis in Mississippi, testified in Timothy Jones Jr.'s murder trial. The South Carolina man is accused of killing his five children in 2014.

It is REPULSIVE how, right next to his brainstorm of how to dispose of the bodies, was a grocery list! Like it was just another day!
There’s something especially cold-hearted as well as telling about his purchase of protective body gear alongside the tools for dismembering his own children. He had enough wherewithal to think of his own physical safety. Fuck.🥺
To even contemplate sawing into your child’s lifeless body…. Even that is impossibly sickening to me.
I feel so sick physically & my heart hurts for these children. They didn't deserve this. No punishment is enough for this pos.
If anyone thinks this man was schizophrenic and kill his kids during a schizophrenic rage, is totally wrong. I worked at a group home for 7 years. There was a client that was a schizophrenic and she didn't had the mentality to plan something like this. We always needed to keep a close eye on her and give her meds on time other wise she would be all talking to herself, and with nervous ticks. This guys knew what he was doing, he planned everything. He couldn't deal witg the responsibility of taking care of his kids.
He couldn’t handle the fact that the older children were expressing their emotions/fears and wanted to be with their mother. In addition signs of abuse emotional and verbal/psychological where being reported by teachers/school but never followed up by DHS:CPS The man was a master manipulator not mentally ill!!!!!

My hubby was schizophrenic. Periodically Drs would change his meds cause he would almost get immune from taking them so long. He could be harmless or harmful depending on if he took his meds or not.

Honestly, a lot of these things can be purchased for home remodification, Saws for cutting wood, duct tape for holding pieces together, trash bags for discarding of waste. Bleach to clean the house. various house cleaning products are highly acidic. Toilet bowl bowl cleaner can burn your skin off... You'd be surprised how creative killers can get.
What I don’t get is how the defence attorneys talk and interact with their murdering client like he is a normal person?? I could not do their job!
My brother in law and first cousin are defence lawyers. Not long ago my brother in law defended the biggest gang's in the UK . One of the members is a nasty piece of work, horrible family.

He seems very alert for someone on copious amounts of anti-psychotic medication. His lists were remarkably organised for someone who was insane. It will be interesting to hear the experts explain what they think.
These antipsychotic medications messing with the chemicals in your brain can literally make people psychotic in almost all of the school shootings that we've had to this date every single one of those children has been on antipsychotic medications is that a coincidence??am I saying he shouldn't go to prison that's not what I'm saying I'm saying we know very little about the chemicals in your brain and how they function and when you take these antipsychotic medications God knows what it does to each individual person's brain!!

Wow....no doubt about premeditation. Need a reason to believe in death penalty? Not me....I am all for it. My opinion on death penalty ..... put them to death on the day of conviction .... cases such as this, at least, where there is not an ounce of doubt.
Death penalty is definitely not a ez way out... pretty much guaranteed thru the appeals process 20 plus years before execution takes place! Then while on death row its 23/1 which means 23 hrs in ur cell everyday w only 1 hr outside and in some jails they don't even get that hr outside all depends on what prison and what kinda set up they have! Unfortunately the death penalty is a necessary evil for evil!

Beautiful Soul this is just coming to trial. He killed the children 5 years ago and drove around with the bodies for a week or so before discarding. The mother filed a missing persons report and he was pulled over for a travel violation.
He is claiming that he had mental breakdown and suddenly heard voices that caused him to kill the children. He has been determined sane to stand trial. This is a death penalty cause so they are prove that in fact with all his actions he could not have been or not have snapped when he killed the children.
I yhink he tried to cut ones leg off to start cutting the children up but said he couldn't do it.
I didnt hear the forensics autopsy reports so didnt hear how they passed...
Either way he got away easy.
Goes to sleep to died.

What I don’t get is the man clearly murdered his 5 children. He admits it they see even paperwork describing what he was going to do with the bodies and the items he purchased to do it. So why in the Sam hell is this man getting a trial?? He needs burned alive and his ashes flushed down the toilet,justice served!!! This is a waste of tax dollars and the family of these poor innocent children shouldn’t have to hear the details and see photos of the deaths of these babies that to me is just killing them all over again. According to Tim, when he killed the kids, he was not on anything. It wasn't until driving around with their bodies that he got that nasty stuff. Amber had shared custody, with Tim having primary because she had no way to provide for the kids. She was getting on her feet when it all went down. She waiting too long IMO. However, she never believed he would ever hurt the children this way.

However, when I say she waited too long to get on her feet, I meant that two years was too long and she had a new man, the person she ultimately left Tim for whom should have helped her. Especially when Mira and the other eldest child made it clear they wanted to be with her. That said, she did not ever believe Tim would do this to her kids. The times she spoke to the kids like on the phone, id was evident the eldest did want to be there and with good reason.

SARAH'S HANSON It’s common sense that the word “presumptive” is derived from the word presumed so to claim the jury would have no idea is a bit far reaching. If a jury member doesn’t understand what a relatively simple word such as “presumptive” means then they shouldn’t be on a jury to begin with. I think you underestimate them.
