I am not sure on the wildlife photography niche - but you can certainly choose your type of content you are comfortable with - some people go vlog like, some asmr feel - choose the style which you are comfortable with. Try some paid promo and collabs iwht other peoplel Start talking about products you use even if they don't sponsor you - that's the way to get sposorship.

If you can write well (Captions) you can try as social media marketer. If you can learn SEO since you knwo wordpress, it will help there.
Its a very less paying job career (atleast in India)
Depends on a lot of variables. I know people who do 12LPA and more as social media managers especially in good D2C software companies
