Hello boss. As a Social Media Manager, we should have a grasp on how to use scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Planoly, etc. And also graphic design tool for our social media graphics, Canva can be a very nice tool for graphics design. Hope this helps, Boss.

Thank you Ms Sui!, work from home since 2012 here pero puro admin task lang work ko.. gusto ko sana mag level up ng skills and I find out social media management is very indemand ngayon but wala akong idea pano ba yun.. I have my own fb store page. I didn't realize yung mga sinabi mo yun pala yung mga ginagawa ko sa sarili kong store. napaisip tuloy ako bigla gawin kong practice ground yung sarili kong page. thank you and more content pa please about social media management.. big help for a newbie like me sa ganyang field.
