I agree with you RCF it seems like this is better than most trucks with all the storage space plus the NA V6 and AWD over 4WD I never knew anything about these trucks so I'm happy you made this video.
I own a 2023 RTL and love it way more than I thought I would. I'm 62 and just took a 2500 mile road trip in 3 days.... incredibly comfortable and easy to drive.
Since I got my first Ridgeline 2017 And now i upgraded to 2023 For me the best truck on the market if you’re a family man and like tailgating Don’t get better than this ❤
Took my 23 down to the beach at Port Aransas, Tx. Last week , this weekend went to South Padre Island , Tx. It loves the sand. Didn’t air down tires, it just goes and goes. Didn’t get stuck but the ground clearance was iffy. Just had fun and didn’t worry.
Yeah man they really are, and now that Toyota no longer has a NA V6 yeah man I actually would, not gonna front I'd miss the manual gearbox, but this truck is so good I can see myself choosing one over the Tacoma.
I have the RTL-E and it was definitely a great decision. I chose it over the Black Edition which was a disappointing next level trim. I love the TRUCK no matter how many people say "it's not a real truck."
Mannn this is a nice truck! Very impressed with how much it offers. I rarely hear people about these. Great review! You should see if you can review the Honda Pilot, really considered getting one to replace the family vehicle.
The Ridgeline has been talked about for almost two decades now. People been saying it's not a real pickup truck for years. Most of the Autombile Media Press love it. The not so well uninformed pickup truck owners and buyers hate it. It doesn't tow the best 5,000lbs max. It's not a rock crawler off- road type vehicle. It's better in snow and slushy conditions trail roads. It's strength is It's competent ride and handling vs other midsized and full size pickup trucks. In many people's mind they think that Towing and off-road capability is key factors. But many of these same people are not doing either thing. The Ridgeline is more about multifunctional capabilities. Also it's on-road driving capabilities. Carlile or SUV like driving capabilities are not bad things to have. If your daily driving or long distance highway trips. I would think you want something that does it pretty good. There are plenty of truck owners that criticize the Ridgeline for doing just that.
I bought mine 6 months ago, love it. The only downside is the wireless charger does not work with newer iPhones so that’s a extra cost that I paid for for that option that I can’t even use
Yo, after seeing your video: I went and got me a Ridgeline RLT-E Sonic Gray Pearl in Southern Arkansas.. It's so frickin enjoyable to drive.. Honda did really good 👍👍 Thank you ‼️
I have a 23 black edition, have a 18 f150 lariat FX4 and a 22 maverick.im fortunate enough to buy a new car every year as my daily driver each year and so far the Ridgeline is by far my favorite vehicle i have had in the past 15 years. I've been camping, off-roading, gone on really long road trips with it And I cannot say enough good about that truck. It's better than any thing else i have had to include the 21 Tacoma, my various Fords throughout the years, and I may never go to anything else. I've even ended up putting a lift, lights and brushguard on mine.
Looks like you really enjoyed the Ridgeline. When I worked at Honda we didn't move many units of them, but they definitely are an underrated species.I think if they had an V8 or were advertised better more units would be moved, but nevertheless, WE OUTSIDE !!
If they can nail the silhouette of the truck and not make it identical to their SUV. They will move a lot of units. It looks too much like the pilot, which looks like a damn milk carton. Good review!
The only reason Im not purchasing a new Ridgeline pickup truck. Honda has failed to redesign it yet. We have the Genration 1 Ridgeline in the family for 17yrs. It runs and rides great with over 225,000 miles on it. So been waiting for the Gen 2 Ridgeline to be redesigned Gen 3 use the platform of new Pilot and get interior. So Honda didnt so Im getting a 2024 Pilot. The old Ridgeline not going anywhere. I changed my decision on Ridgeline becaus they didnt redesign it. The interior is a little dated compared to new Pilot. But if I was needing a pickup truck I surely look at Ridgeline again.

Yup you said it, the features on this truck makes it one of the best trucks out there in my opinion.

Yeah man I get it, it's literally like a worry free truck!
Those Honda V6s are a gem. Would you buy one of these over the Taco?
