I’ve done most, if not all, of these peaks and sub-peaks over the last few years. I’m not a climber just a hiker/scrambler but the thought of what Alex did in 30 or so hours is mind boggling. My feet hurt just thinking about it.

Can people do this as a multi day route? Where would the bivy spots be? If you want the route to be a classic, it will have to be one that other people can do.
In theory, you could totally do this as a multi-day adventure. Since I'm just a humble RUclips editor, I have no idea where you'd bivy, but I think Alex made his gpx track public so that should help ease logistics...
break it into quarters as mentioned in the interview and take cabs to and from your hotel room
Thanks to the HURT, I have an interest climbing some of the eoutes with a rope.
