Thank you for the video. I am an over 40 boxer for fitness and have done a bit of sparring, I do not plan on fighting, but I still learn SO much from videos like this about how to check and work on my mistakes, visualization, working on perfecting punches and such. Thank you!

I've only been training for a few weeks and I'm no where near preparing for a fight but the thought of it while watching this video has me buzzing with excitement. I can tell staying calm is going to be a priority for me. I did a public speaking event in front of a few hundred people once and I was so tired from just standing there due to the nervous excitement. I can't imagine adding an actual fight on top of that.

I found shadow boxing with the mirrors focused on head movement and footwork for ten minutes before a session helped me. if your watching yourself you see your own mistakes and can correct them until its your normal technique, as opposed to bag work or sparing you don't realise how little your moving your head till you get hit.

@@Emajanashun mike tyson once said in an interview that nothing he did was natural, his technique was drilled into him by cus. I think everyone who starts boxing believe most high level boxers have a natural advantage but when you've trained for a while you realise everything can be learnt with enough dedication. its why some boxers compare it to chess.

I've been watching your videos for a while now. I'm not a professional fighter or anything like that, but I'm just learning for fun. Anyway, I've seen that you've broken down how the peek a boo style works. So I wanted to ask If you could analyze the Soviet style or the Bivol style as some people call it.
