Well, as a long time Kundalini yoga practitioner , I would say that this is to kundalini awakening what elevator music is to classical music.
It is a very short loop too.

This is really helping the pressure in my lower back/spine.. I can hardly move or sit at times, this is like keeping it oiled and loose ☺🙏 thank you so very much!
Mine has come on naturally i had no idea what was happening 3 weeks back when it started i was in turmoil emotionally, skin was bubbling burning and peeling then I found out it was kundalini...thought nothing of it at first and thought ok it's a process about energy in the body. Now this weekend my back has been very tender and just hard too move and now I know the true blessing of kundalini 😀💖🙏 and I agree this process should not be brought on intentionally... your body knows what it needs and when it needs it...your going against divine timing bringing on yourself.
I have severe lower back issues degenerative disk disease I’ve lost an inch and a half in height. Caused by a car accident I was the passenger we got T boned so my L1 to L5 I believe it is was effected. I pray this helps ease my lower back as it did yours. That’s awesome I’m so happy for you. I listen to this while working. It takes me to a different place outside the matrix. All the cakes I've decorated today have a water element very similar to what is shown here and I never saw it till I had to stop for lunch to use my phone. Magical music 🎵🎶🎵🎵 💕

How was the pilgrimage?!
I went through an awakening during the year of 2017, it was climaxing during the winter and I had absolutely no idea what was happening to me. If it wasn't for my cousin who practiced Kundalini Yoga since he was 17, I was going to head for a hospital ER. He told me not to and briefly said what was going on. Upon researching it, I found that I had over 75% of the awakening symptoms. Precognition, intense head pressure, seeing colored panels and lights, electric shocks were just some of the symptoms. The worse was the heat that was travelling straight up my spine, my head's crown would get so hot, I could barely touch it. This went on from 2017 thru 2018 before starting to taper off. I think that it has started to come back very slightly again. Seeing people getting hurt or dying weeks or months in advance was a little traumatic too. I started tweeting some precognitive events and I work today trying to find missing people.
1st shamanic drumming that didn’t make me feel on edge .. able to relax & travel .. best meditation ever .. thank you . So glad I found this ❤️❤️

Thank you so much for this video...Instantaneously felt this pull to my sacral chakra...Could feel the drumbeat radiating from my inner core,and as I closed my eyes, visually saw myself seated in front of the only man I have ever loved in my life. Saw us placing our palms over each other's hearts, while gazing into each other's eyes, and truly seeing each other for the first time in over 3 years. And I finally understand why we reconnected recently
OMG is amazing. I'm a big fan of this deep shamanic drums and I remember how once I did 45 mins session of tai chi on "Water shaman". Was a full moon night and the energy was sooooo bright and strong. This will be my next fav.

Did pick card reading and was told to connect to powerful shaman of the stars. I have been listening shamanic drum music on and off more than 6 months. I hope to get more 8nsight and answers my life move, career and finding my true soulmate in this life. I am in live this soothing music. I love beaches lakes oceans and dolphins. I know one day I will swim with them and make a good connection, long ago wish, wishes can come true for me st long last.

“when all your masks and charades are all used up and you inner mirrors are broken, then you realize what you are” I had a kundalini awakening 20 years ago and I still trying to recover from that, not easy .
So I was just laying on the floor and stretching and wanted some music because it was getting noisy at my place and accidentally put this video on. I didn’t know it’s for kundalini awakening. After I finished with stretches I naturally started doing spinal flows and all kind of snake moves. This is some powerful music that just turns you into snake:) love it
Best listened to on headphones. I was listening on my iPad and could hardly hear anything. I plugged in my headphones - nearly blew my head off! Fabulous!
Kundilini always works best on Sony or apple ear buds. But Kundilini doesn't really work on jvc and those 10$ headphones at Walmart. Kundilini hates Walmart.

I was just journeying on a MH drum journey track and went deep... I awoke with the feeling of deep bliss in my entire being 20 minutes into your track... I am so glad I went too deep in to the other one or I may have never found this. The rhythm of the first 40 minutes is deeply pleasing and I love how you go into the journey drumming at about 45 mins and then back into rhythmic drumming. It is so gentle but powerful at the same time. Thank you. I will be using this for some of my own personal journey work, relaxation and connection to my inner truth.
