Thank you, I actually feel so far removed from nature. I am so affected by the energies in NYC I live in the suburbs and have a small yard. Sometimes I'll go out but now it's cold There is so much overwhelming in me. I am moving to Florida and it's very stressful waiting. I need to get out in nature and ground myself. I am optimistic that once I get to Florida the energies are not so intense & congested. I'll be able to do it. They say there is something very healing in nature. I Just need to get past the stress of moving.
