So I had needed to take a nap but I was also feeling very ungrounded and worried about my future.. currently relationship, etc. so I put this on and went to sleep.. I woke up exactly at 5:55 feeling much better and I just have to keep trusting that everything will work out and positive things will be in my future 🙏🏽
