The Legend of Zelda (DiC cartoon) - Ganon's theme (Dungeon) Arrangement v2

- Version 2 of my arrangement of Ganon's theme from the Legend of Zelda cartoon by DiC. As mentioned last time, this is an orchestral version of the Dungeon theme from the first Legend of Zelda game. In the cartoon, Ganon's theme isn't a single, consistent song, but a couple different variations on this theme. This arrangement contains three of these variations, transcribed by ear using Flat.io.
In this version, I made some tweaks on the two variations I had before to try and make them sound closer to the originals. I also added a new variation in the middle, which is based on this version: • Video

The Legend of Zelda franchise belongs to Nintendo. This is based on a theme by Koji Kondo. The cartoon adaptation belongs to DiC Entertainment. This video was made for entertainment purposes only.

In the first episode as Ganon grabbed the triforce of wisdom it said to him,,,, evil is the path you choose but evil doers always lose.
And the Triforce of Power said '' But you're no amature your a pro '' .

They probably don't even have the master tapes for the music.
the highest likely thing that might work is contacting the composer. that's usually how these tracks get released years later!
@@mimivrc4148 This is based on the arrangement of the music by Shuki Levy, so maybe Shuki knows!
@@danielc.4363i forgot shuki levy composed songs for EVERY cartoon back in the 80s-90s
@@badpasters He surely did until 1989. Beginning in 1990, Saban and Levy cut ties with DiC Animation, unfortunately, which is one of the reasons why I didn't hear that quite as often after that point.

This is a villains theme
Ganon is an evil emperor, wizard and war leader of the demise army that he creates his dark magic to take over Zelda's kingdom and rule the world to stop at nothing.
But as Ganondorf, he fought Link head on like a true swordsman.

Thanks for asking! I wasn't planning on doing any remixes/arrangements for now because Flat.io, the website I used to make this, suddenly made many of their features restricted to the premium membership. I had some different video ideas I wanted to try, but maybe I'll find a way to make more remixes/arrangements some day.

I just noticed something, DiC and CDi are anagrams of each other, so I guess it makes sense that both the Zelda cartoon and the Zelda CDIs would be terrible.
Not sure I agree... I know it has that signature 80's cartoon cheesiness, and I know it's very different from modern Zelda media, but I still have a very soft spot for the cartoon. In my defense, I have very little experience playing the Zelda games, so I don't hold them very dear. The quirks and flaws of this cartoon don't bother me enough to call it terrible.

Got a favorite Len Carlson role? Is it Bert Raccoon?
I haven't seen The Raccoons yet, but I'm interested in it. TBH, my favorite role of his is Ganon. I just love overdramatic cartoon villains. The deranged, high-pitched voice that Carlson did for Ganon is so fun to listen to, and his evil laughter is really impressive.
Len Carlson played some great roles on the Beetlejuice cartoon, too!
