This way the %hp part only applies to you if you build health items, and it doesn't work against adcs, mages, etc. IMO this would be a good way to put the item in a healthier place so you can't just blindly build it, and actually need to consider the ups and downs of it each game. Honestly I wouldn't even be mad if it was even more broken vs tanks than it is now, since it would only be half an item vs the rest of my team. That's my final take on the item for a while I think...but I understand if others don't agree.
