Arrest made in deadly carjacking on Indy's near east side

One man is dead and an accused killer is in jail following a deadly carjacking on Indy's near east side. The car theft was caught on camera at the Arco gas station near Rural and Southeastern.

Everyone should have 3 chances. A warning, a charge and then jail/investigation and house arrest. Only the people who made a mistake should be out of the justice system. Anyone criminally acting with intent should be held until deemed a safe civilian. This is so sad.. prayers to the family.

30 times he's been arrested. Our legal system failed this man,his family, and the public in general. He should have been locked away.
