Anim would have given them exactly 17 (3 more creatures makes Adeline go to 9, 2 pings from Call, 6 damage from attacking tokens) damage that turn. But because they weren't thinking and probably still spamming emotes they played Mechanized Warfrare and died.

I've been waiting so long to see a version of this deck. As soon as I saw Warleader's Call, I immediately thought about Song of Totentanz. Thank you so much for making this deck LVD. Only wish Purphoros, God of the Forge was in arena.
recently there was the april fools sealed event and you only had rares and mythics in the pool and I got double call and Song, so in a way I played a version of this deck by accident. It was great fun
I love rats!!!! They're one of my most favorite creatures, in life and in MTG! So cute! Love to see their synergies in Boros! By reading the title, I could have sworn I saw Rakdos, but this build could be even better! Appreciate you tons, man! 😊
Sometimes I miss the days of MTGO where you could just tell someone to shut up and wait 30 seconds while I think about my next play. People tended to me more patient before the only thing you could say was bleached, inoffensive talk. Not like it makes the world a nicer place; just makes people passive-aggressive.
I play a similiar deck with an additional rat win con : Tangled colony + torch the witness and doubling / tripling on the dirct damage approach with Elis il kor and wispdrinker vampire ... lots of fun
I got destroyed by this recently while playing esper control. I was low and chose to clear some creatures from the board over dealing with the Call. Biggest mistake of my life as a million rats swung in for effectively 3 damage a pop
I build a BW tokens deck, it's my strongest deck, the key cards are too warleader call and song of totentanz, it's cool to see this other stance with a deck one hit kill

While you could build it that way, this deck wants to leverage Song as its finisher. If we played Ojer Axonil in this deck it wouldn't do a whole lot until we also made a bunch of tokens afterwards. Most opponents won't give you time to set that all up or they'll find a way to remove Ojer before it goes off. With a large enough Song we only need Warleader's Call to end the game and as an enchantment it's less likely to be removed. The trick with Ojer is being able to trigger it multiple times the same turn you play it. So Oni-Cult Anvil alongside Warleader's Call is where I would start with that.
@@LegenVD yes, that would be a deck based on Ojer. For 4mana, shoot 5 damage to face and force the opponent to get rid of Ojer, otherwise a 4mana Totentanz might be enough. I think Ojer enabled Totentanz much earlier. But yes, of course it's a different flair with a high mana Totentanz as finisher. go go LVD go go

The extra damage is relevant if they have Warden or Inspector with Warleader's Call pumping the team.
