What alot of yall dont get is yea this man just saved some kids but he also had to watch a woman burn alive. You heard him at the beginning "all I can hear is the mom"

Or maybe she thought if he helped her out they could get the kids out together - she was nearer the flames after all. The poor woman died so let’s not make any judgements about the most terrifying time of her life.

There was an elderly woman in front of me at Kroger and she couldn't get her card to work. I paid for her groceries and when I walked outside she stopped me and was crying. She said the same thing as you. She told me both of her kids died last year and that's the first kind thing anyone's done. I had to fight the tears myself lol.

What's sad as I watched this video for the 3rd time I realized the current backlash the new Amazon prime series is getting from the left wing media regarding it being some tipe of Right Wing revenge film. Simply underminding the actual novel its based off of and it being a representation of showing respect and highlighting the trauma our veterans go through when they return home. I say that to ask and can't stop thinking what those same people who feel that disrespect for that television series feel in general regarding our true veterans like this man. Who showcase moral judgment and bravery to do what was right no matter the cost. A hero to this country and to those children, but why do we have some people and media outlets whose subscribed to left wing ideology shame them.

Oh it broke my heart when he said it’s a failure if you don’t save mum too. He has to live with that and despite the fact that everyone else sees the amazing thing he did saving the kids, he will always feel he failed. That poor woman - I can’t imagine how scared she must have been but hope she got some peace with the fact she knew her kids were safe.

I want you to know you did a tremendous acts that will impact these children for the rest of their lives. Anyone seeing this story can only hope to have someone like you around during the good times and the bad times you have a heart of gold.
My heart breaks for the kids and also this man who’s a hero is multiple ways. You can feel the pain he’s going through and I hate that he’s taking blame for not getting mom out. As a mother, I know she’s so thankful that her babies were rescued and are all going to make it. She’s def looking down over this man with a huge smile thankful for his quick actions and bravery getting her babies to safety.
