Great video Matt. I just got back from my first overlanding trip to the Ozark Nation Forest. Your channel is inspiring to switch from my old muscle cars to overlanding and I'm loving it. Ground camping for Wednesday' nights storm was not so good. RTT is next on the list. Keep the video's coming. Each one is better than the last.

Hey buddy, I really appreciate you're new found drone skills, so I have to ask. Which drone? Were you flying for all those shots, or using one of the features like "master shots" etc. Also are you color grading or is that footage straight from the drone. Thanks
Thanks! Most of it I'm flying and driving at the same time. I did let Caleb drive my Jeep at one point while he was with me so I could fly the drone easier. I can't use the activetrack in the Ozarks. Too many trees. I use it a lot out west though. The drone is the Mavic Air 2. I have an Air 2s coming next week. I do a little color grading on the drone footage but not much. Just a touch of contrast and saturation.

When you base camp, what do you do for security? I have a trailer with a RTT and I worry about leaving it behind and coming back to things missing.
I've honestly never worried about it.

I live in OK and want to start overlanding. How do I do it. I am totally new to it
Oklahoma makes it hard with almost no public land. Load up your vehicle with camping gear and head to the eastern OK area of the Ouachita.National Forest. Start by testing your gear in an established camp group and see if you like it. Then start exploring the back roads and looking for dispersed camp sites to stay in. I think the most important thing for overlanding is learning to navigate and using the tools to find your way around public land. I’ve got some videos on that. Look at my navigation playlist for help with that.
