Do you have a book you suggest for finding and identifying wild edibles? I’m in utah

Our property is full of these and I had no idea! You're videos are amazing especially for our location (we're at about 9400' riding the Teller/Park county line); most look like they could have been shot right outside our windows here. Keep up the great outdoors content, people are woefully uneducated about their local wild edibles and I am one of them!

I’m sorry, I might have missed when you harvest these.

Thanks for asking. It depends on the elevation, latitude and sun exposure. Officially they are in bloom from March-July. I usually find that at my latitude and elevation it is typically limited to the month of May.

Rocky Mountain Edibles thank you. I wasn’t sure if the blooming season was also the harvesting season.

Hey, thanks for your video on wild mustard! Just found some where I live in South Dakota and was wondering what parts were edible.
