@@hauptmannfriedrichkonrad4105 Hi, it’s kind of like “being like water”. When you hit something harder than you in this case the wall, you don’t have a choice but to be soft. But instead of just being floppy you create enough form to redirect the energy so that you roll off the wall smoothly. Once you master that then you learn to rebound off the wall so the energy comes back towards or away from its origin. So for example if somebody push you into a wall you react by rolling off the wall and then propel yourself back toward the attacker with a punch or kick all in one smooth movement.
