I recently teamed up with 2 Wheel Epix (www.twowheelepix.com) to lead an amazing 10-day mountain biking adventure and skills clinic in Guatemala.
We started our trip with a skills clinic and warm up at Carmona Trails, which we had fun exploring in this video. Carmona is just one of the locations that we rode that proved to be a real undiscovered gem and I want to thank them for allowing us access for our clinic!
After spending some time shredding the gnarly trails at Carmona bike park, we headed out to explore the ancient Mayan trails that led into Lake Atitlan. These trails were a stark contrast to the bike park, but they provided an incredible opportunity to connect with the rich history and culture of the region.
Our 10-day mountain biking adventure in Guatemala was an unforgettable experience. From shredding the gnarly trails at Carmona bike park to exploring ancient Mayan trails and learning about local culture, every day was filled with adventure and excitement.
