I don't really like the doom and gloom channels. I like being informed. I just don't like all of the pressure those type of channels create. I do like your channel and I enjoy watching your videos.😊
Hi Bill, this is something new, first time i not see you in the kitchen 😂. Yeah, so many shitty things happening around the world at the moment. Something big is going to happen next year 2025 !!! get ready.
I will assume out in a province? Number one is site survey. Make sure you are not in an area that floods. Consider septic, water (prefer deep well), Power. Do legit paper work, and permits. As soon as you have that sorted, contact the local hardware suppliers. you CAN bargain a LOT for bulk orders of materials. Prep the site, and find a good local foreman. Let the foreman source the grew, but be very involved in labor costs and expectations. This is where the 'padding' comes in. Pay your labor costs weekly, not upfront. Be ONSITE daily, watch, learn and observe. expect whatever you budgeted to go 20% over. It is just how things go. There is so much I can say, but this is the basics. Thanks
Another great video and a good deal of valuable information! Full support as always & Good luck po/Ned 👏🎉👏
Much appreciated!
Thanks for the update, Bill.
I enjoy your videos.
Take care.
Thanks 👍

Thank you.
I like your style the way you do it. If there’s something urgent yeah but I mean all doom and gloom is negative and doesn’t help alert to real issues.
Thanks.. it hard enough to see it all, and learn.. but then to try to regurgitate it for others without selling the doom.. was too hard.
