Great video, subscribed! Opened my eyes to new opportunities. If possible, can you do a second part video to water store business (from Eric or another store owner)? How do they do marketing to build their customer base? How do they keep customers returning (ie do they have a loyalty programme?), How long does it take to set up and open their doors to the public? As you have the lay the tiles, paint, install the machinery. Awesome stuff, keep up the great work!

Shoot I’m used to paying $3.00/ gallon and delivery of 4 , 5 gallon jugs is $60 per month geesh I need to open me up a water store cause several people on da block do the same water delivery company I get water from
His water store doesn't have khufu's solar boat and oragami hanging from the windows, and locally made soaps, candles, spices, and things; with good motivation for keeping up with horse stance and push ups, and curls on thorsday,? with those pencil in the ear discount people, that you probably already know their brother and everything before they ever come in the first time though anyway, lol?
Bro...This is a good business however Eric must be there all the time because hiring employees is hard and is a HUGE overhead. Dont fool yourself....if you take 2 40 hr employees on or 4 part-timers (if you can even find responsible employees to work it) a week at $15 an hour plus payroll taxes it would cost you an extra $6K+ a month....that will eat up your profits very fast....If Eric had employees they would never be as good at customer service as he is. You cant look at only the money, you must look at the time you must invest. Eric is chained to his business. Probally hardly has a day off or goes on vacation. I appreciate you sharing but only a fool looks at the gross profit and net proceeds. What is between the 2 of those numbers is a ton of time and hard work.
