I found those rockwool cubes to be dirty and leave fibers everywhere , only thing i suggest is to actually soak what you intend to put seed into in water for 24hrs first get rid of and chemicals and crap in them empty out the water give them a good squeeze , then drop your seeds in . I use coco coir pellets an the block that needs rehydrating .
