I've had the Megaboom for about 2 years now, it still blows me away, amazing little speaker. Everybody that sees and hears this thing can not believe the sound.

On the flip side for $300US ($410AU) I could buy a pretty damn decent sound system, or even a sound bar.

Yup, got my Mega Boom, strapped it to a 2015 Polaris Ranger, went booney (boony?) bashing in the pouring rain, smashed with large branches...did and is still working just like the day it arrived. My friends were amazed. Hands down best bluetooth speaker on the market.

I already had a beats pill and a JBL Pulse 2, but this thing is absolutely insane. bought one for at the office and when cranked up to 100% volume i had the office souning like a legit theater room! No regrets buying this thing.
U cant compare it to a cheap pulse 2. Soundwise i would always prefer the JBL Xtreme or as a comparison to the boom a Charge 3

I bought a BOOM back in 2015 when they were new. I still use mine every day for work still working and it’s excellent even four years later.
I have the ue megaboom since 2016 and it still works like a charm.

TheUnPlayable I think "annihilates" is the wrong word. The sound replication is a bit better, but if you need the waterproof nature of the MegaBoom, there's no contest. Plus, I just got the MegaBoom for $230!

Just came to this vid to reminisce, I've had my original Megaboom since this vid came out and I've never had any issues with it. Still works as great as it did 6 years ago 🤘
The boom 2 (the medium one) is waterproof now and submergable up to 30 minutes. I have one and bought one for my sister in law. I love it, it's goes SOO loud and has surprising bass!
get the normal boom. price is great and you can fit it in the drinkholder of a bicycle (which it was designed for)

Legit stuff. I started working for AT&T in 2015, which is when I was introduced to UE speakers. I was blown away, it shit on everything we had in the store. Of course, we sold or at least got requested the Beats Pill, but I literally talked everyone out of the junk pill and into one of these speakers. So durable, loud and 2 year man. warranty is amazing.
It's been 5 years since I've saw this video that helped me get a UE Megaboom no regrets ever since once I've heard the Critical battery sfx i was so sold and even now everyone that heard the Critical battery warning mostly my friends they were so sold immediately 😅

The ue roll is small portable and very durable. I bought my wife the roll a few years ago and it is still going strong. Has great sound.

Bruh i can tell u one thing Buy the fugoo style xl instead of the jbl xtreme dont buy the ue boom.
JBL has better Bass and louder, it's also cheaper. it has 10,000mah battery. it's using a high voltage charger so you can use it on max volume while charging. UE boom says the speaker last for 20hours, but it only has 6100mah battery capacity

I listened to this on my UE Boom 2 that I got for Christmas - it's genuinely fucking crazy how good it is. I would say that you don't need the bigger one as the Boom 2 is waterproof too and practically fills my entire house with incredible sound.

zorkor I did. I owned the first Soundlink mini, the Soundlink mini 2, the Soundlink III and bought the JBL Xtreme a couple days ago. The JBL is way, WAY better than any bluetooth in its price range. It annihilates the Bose models.

You can also get a JBL Xtreme for 300 bucks.. It is bigger and has bigger speakers and dual end bass..
I have owned them all, beats, jbl, and the ue boom.. and I have to say hands down the ue boom is the best! you can even link more than one together so it gives you a 360 surround sound feel. .. have tha club going up! in tha living room lol

I wish you would’ve put more emphasis on the fact that you can connect up to 150 speakers to the same phone and use it to create an amazing surroundsound or just crank up the volume?
As a general advice if you do have multiple of those, My recommendation is to hang them at the corners of the room facing the center and high up One face height or higher so the sound flood the room .
by hanging them up high you take it vantage of vantage of the open space and the surroundsound they individually offers

Boom is now Boom 2, louder and also water proof! I've also noticed on the last update you can pair as many as you want together in Party up! Me and my mates have done 7 sounds like a nightclub on the beach!
